Abstract

Safety performance is the result of organizational safety measures such as annual accidents, the number of workers injured. Safety performance is an important role for the safety system in the company. This study aims to determine how the relationship between the Safety Performance (SF) model is seen through its relationship with Safety Leadership (SL), Safety Knowledge (SK) and Safety Culture (SC). In addition, this study aims to determine the safety performance seen from the perspective of Personality Traits (PT) as moderation. In this relationship model formed 9 hypotheses, consisting of H1: SL significantly influence SF, H2: SK significantly influence SF, H3: SC significantly influence SF, H4: PT significantly influence SF, H5: SL significantly influence SK H6: SL significantly influence SC, H7: SL has significant influence on SF with PT moderated, H8: SK has significant influence on SF with PT moderated and H9: SC has significant influence on SF with PT moderated. The nine hypotheses were processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Lisrel 8.8 software. In the model, the hypotheses accepted were H1, H2, H3, H4, H5 and H6. Whereas H7. H8 dan H9 were not accepeted because they did not have significant effect.
