Abstract

Program tol laut ditujukan untuk mengurangi permasalahan logistik di Indonesia. Tol Laut adalah konsep pengangkutan logistik kelautan. Program ini bertujuan untuk menghubungkan pelabuhan-pelabuhan besar yang ada di nusantara. Namun, hingga tahun ini biaya logistiuk di Indonesia masih tingga jika dibadingkan dengan negara-negara tetangga dan disparitas harga antar daerah masih terjadi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat indeks logistik setiap wilayah trayek tol laut (H-1, T-10, T-13, T-14, T-15 & T-18). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Bottleneck Logistik dan Indeks Komposit. Untuk mengubah menjadi Indeks Logistik digunakan motode Multivariate Analysis. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan terdapat 2 rute yang tergolong tidak baik dan 17 rute tergolong buruk. Nilai indeks logistik tertinggi adalah 9,61 untuk rute Surabaya-Larantuka dengan kriteria sebelum adanya tol laut. Nilai terendah indeks logistik adalah 8,47 untuk rute Surabaya-Badas dengan kriteria sesudah adanya tol laut. Dalam penelitian ini semakin rendah nilai indeks logistik maka akan semakin baik. ================================================= ================================================= The maritime highway program is aimed at reducing logistical problems in Indonesia. Sea Highway is a marine logistic transportation concept. This program aims to connect major ports in the archipelago. However, until this year, logistics costs in Indonesia are still high when compared with neighboring countries and there are still disparities in prices between regions. Therefore, this study aims to determine the logistic index level of each sea highway route area (H-1, T-10, T-13, T-14, T-15 & T-18). The method used in this research is the Logistic Bottleneck Analysis and Composite Index. To convert it into a Logistic Index, the Multivariate Analysis method is used. From the results of the research that has been done, there are 2 routes that are classified as not good and 17 routes that are classified as bad. The highest logistic index value is 9.61 for the Surabaya-Larantuka route with the criteria before the sea highway. The lowest logistic index score is 8.47 for the Surabaya-Badas route with criteria after the sea highway. In this study, the lower the logistic index value, the better.
