Abstract

==================================================================================================================== Islamic history has many influential figures in the world of knowledge, such as Ibn Sina, Al Khawarizmi, and Jabir Ibn Hayyan. Muslim scientist figures have interesting stories that can be told to children. However, teaching history still has obstacles in teaching, such as methods that focus on memorization. So learning media is needed that can help the learning process. To be able to help learning, good media can apply various methods, including the peer group method and experiential learning. To be able to summarize the peergroup and experiential learning methods, boardgame media was chosen, in this media children can learn through interaction with their peers. The making of the board game itself is carried out in several stages, starting from collecting data using interview methods and literature studies, mechanical experiment stages and drawing styles, making mock ups to prototypes. From the design of this board game, media can deliver material on Islamic history interactively. By playing board games, children can learn more relaxed, get interaction with their friends, and also gain experience when learning.
