Abstract

Waduk Ir H. Djuanda atau Waduk Jatiluhur terletak di wilayah Kecamatan Jatiluhur, Kabupaten Purwakarta, Provinsi Jawa Barat dengan kapasitas waduk mencapai 2.452 juta m3. Waduk ini memiliki beberapa fungsi yaitu untuk Irigasi, Air Baku, dan PLTA. Semakin bertambahnya usia waduk (50 tahunan) jumlah air yang tersedia (water supply) dengan jumlah air yang dibutuhkan (water demand) bertambah setiap tahunnya. Hal ini terjadi karena perubahan cuaca dan tata guna lahan menyebabkan Waduk Jatiluhur tidak bisa menghasilkan debit yang optimum. Dalam merencanakan optimasi diperlukan data hujan, data iklim, dan data debit sungai. Untuk analisa optimasi digunakan metode program linier dengan aplikasi QM Windows 5. Dari hasil analisa optimasi irigasi dengan menggunakan QM Windows 5, dapat disimpulkan bahwa intensitas tanam mencapai 300% dengan pola tata tanam Padi-Padi-padi dan Palawija sepanjang tahun luas irigasi 237790 hektar. Keuntungan PLTA, irigasi dan air baku sebesar Rp20.841.440.000.000,00.

Ir H. Djuanda Reservoir or Jatiluhur Reservoir is located in Jatiluhur District, Purwakarta Regency, West Java Province with a reservoir capacity of 2,452 million m3. This reservoir has several functions, namely for irrigation, raw water, and hydropower. The increasing age of the reservoir (50 years), the amount of water available (water supply) with the amount of water needed (water demand) increases every year. This happened because changes in weather and land use prevented the Jatiluhur Reservoir from producing an optimum discharge. In planning the optimization, rain data, climate data, and river discharge data are needed. For optimization analysis, the linear programming method is used with the QM Windows 5 application. From the results of irrigation optimization analysis using QM Windows 5, it can be concluded that the planting intensity reaches 300% with the cropping pattern of paddy-rice and secondary crops throughout the year, the irrigation area is 237790 hectares. Profits from hydropower, irrigation and raw water are Rp 20.841.440.000.000,00.
