Abstract

Ukuran kristal mengalami penurunan akibat
penambahan waktu tahan anil. Sedangkan untuk sifat optik, UV-Vis menunjukkan
semakin lama waktu tahan anil maka absorbansi semakin meningkat tetapi nilai
energi gap menurun.

Perovskite solar cell materials nowadays focus on synthesis,
characterization and fabrication. Barium titanate belongs to the perovskite group
which is proven to have the advantage of increasing efficiency and friendly to
environment. But, it had very sensitive crystal structure on temperature change
and hold time effect. The experiment before was founded that the best temperature
is 500 °C in one hours hold time. So that, we need to observe more about the hold
time annealing effect by doing some variation hold time. Beside that, the
precursor and method also important to choose cause it can impact the crystal
structure and optical properties of barium titanate material. Materials TiCl3 and
Ba(OH)2.8H2O was choosen as a precursor for synthesis barium titanate by using
sol-gel and spin coating methods. The best parameters were obtained from the
result of XRD, FTIR, and UV-Vis characterization on barium titanate that have
been treated with hold time variation 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes, and 120
minutes at 500 °C temperature. According to the XRD analysis the crystal
structure show higher intensity on 2 is 30 and crystal size will decreased due to
increased hold time. The result of UV-Vis for optical properties show that when
the hold time incease then the absorbance will be increase but the gap energy
value was decreased. The FTIR it show the absorption area of the bonding group
of material function successfully forms barium titanate. According to the result
information about the best selection of hold time annealing can improve the
efficiency of perovskite-based solar cells.
