Abstract

Image kota Surabaya sudah dikenal dengan masakannya yang enak dan beraneka ragam. Namun berbagai potensi kuliner yang cukup beragam ini belum dikemas secara menarik dalam artian masih tersebar sendiri-sendiri dan belum dapat memenuhi kebutuhan berupa gaya hidup masyarakat zaman sekarang yang saling berkumpul dan berintraksi, sehingga secara optimal belum bisa mengangkat citra kota Surabaya yang memiliki simbol kuliner khas daerah dan masih tersisih dengan kuliner yang yang cepat saji atau pun dengan makanan berbranded. Taman Kuliner Surabaya adalah Suatu tempat/kawasan dimana didalamnya tadapat beraneka ragam makanan khas daerah Surabaya khususnya, yang dapat di nikmati pengujung beserta suasana yang menyertainya. outdoor dan indoor, sekaligus sebagai sarana rekreatif / berkumpul masyarakat (komunitas) terutama di kota Surabaya. Dengan hadirnya Taman Kuliner Khas Surabaya ini diharapkan mampu memberikan suatu tempat makan dalam bentukan dan suasana yang khas yang mampu mewadahi interaksi pengunjung di dalamnya. Taman Kuliner Khas Surabaya ini merupakan sebuah pusat kuliner yang mewadahi aktifitas pengunjung menikmati sajian kuliner khas surabaya dengan suasana cangkrukan sebagai tema yang dihadirkan dalam suasana interior maupun pada eksteriornya. =========================================================================================================== Image of Surabaya city already known for its delicious cuisine and diverse. However, a variety of culinary potential of this diverse enough yet attractively packaged in a sense still scattered singly and not be able to meet the lifestyle needs of today's society that are gathered and interact with each other, thus optimally can not lift the image of the city of Surabaya, which has a distinctive culinary symbol area and are still marginalized by the fast-food culinary or branded food. Typical Regional Culinary Park of Surabaya is a place / region in which there are a wide range of typical food of Surabaya in particular areas, which can be enjoyed along with the end of the accompanying ambience. outdoor and indoor, as well as a means of recreation / gathering society (community), especially in the city of Surabaya. With the presence Typical Regional Culinary Park of Surabaya is expected to provide a place to eat in the formation and distinctive ambience that is able to accommodate visitor interactions inside. Typical Regional Culinary Park of Surabaya is a culinary center that embodies the activities visitors enjoy distinctive culinary of surabaya with cangkrukan ambience as the theme presented in the ambience of the interior and the exterior.
