Abstract

Kecamatan Driyorejo merupakan salah satu kecamatan yang mengalami proses urbanisasi hinterland dari Kota Surabaya yang menyebabkan pencemaran udara dari berbagai kegiatan. Selama ini aspek keruangan di bidang udara tidak dimasukkan dalam pembahasan rencana tata ruang dan ruang wilayah (RTRW) Kabupaten Gresik dan di Indonesia. Metode perhitungan beban emisi menggunakan rumus default IPCC tahun 2006 pada tier-1. Memodelkan spasial menggunakan software ArcGIS 10.1 yang ditampilkan secara visual. Besarnya total perkiraan emisi gas rumah kaca di Kecamatan Driyorejo adalah untuk beban sumber emisi CO2 dari kegiatan industri sebesar 18.766.405,94 kg CO2/tahun, kegiatan transportasi 37.070.628 kg CO2/tahun, kegiatan pertanian 123.588,40 kg CO2/tahun, kegiatan permukiman 9.514.595,13 kg CO2/tahun. Untuk beban sumber emisi CH4 dari kegiatan pertanian sebesar 101.925 kg CH4/tahun, kegiatan peternakan 19.718 kg CH4/tahun, kegiatan transportasi 21.929 kg CH4/tahun. Untuk beban sumber emisi N2O dari kegiatan pertanian sebesar 6.336,80 kg N2O/tahun, kegiatan transportasi 861,55 N2O/tahun. Hasil pemodelan spasial beban sumber emisi menunjukan kelurahan Karangandong mempunyai tingkat emisi besar. Arahan penataan ruang untuk wilayah dengan tingkat emisi besar agar dibuat ruang terbuka hijau publik. ============================================================================================================== Driyorejo district is one of the districts that are experiencing the process of urbanization hinterland of city of Surabaya that cause air pollution from a variety of activities. During this aspect of space in the field of the air was not included in the discussion of spatial plans and spatial area (RTRW) and Gresik district in Indonesia. Calculation method of load emissions using IPCC default formula in 2006 at tier-1. The spatial model using the software ArcGIS 10.1 displayed visually. The total estimated amount of greenhouse gas emissions in the Sub-District of Driyorejo is to load the source of CO2 emissions from industrial activity of 18.766.405,94 kg CO2/year, 37.070.628 kg of CO2 transport activity/year, agricultural activities 123.588 .40 kg CO2/year, 9.514.595 settlement activities, 13 kg CO2/year. To load the source of emissions of CH4 from agricultural activity amounted to 101.925 kg of CH4/year, Ranch activities 19.718 kg CH4/year, transportation activities 21.929 kg CH4/yr. To load the source emissions of N2O from agricultural activities 6.336,80 kg N2O/year, 861,55 transport activities N2O/year. The results of modeling of spatial load source emissions of Karangandong village have large levels of emissions. The Setup room for landing area with large levels of emissions in order to green open space is made public.
