Abstract

Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Dinkominfo) Kota Surabaya adalah dinas yang mempunyai tugas melaksanakan kewenangan daerah di bidang pengelolaan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi serta melaksanakan tugas pembantuan yang diberikan oleh Pemerintah Kota Surabaya. Sebagai lembaga pemerintahan, Dinkominfo mempunyai tugas dan fungsi besar dalam pembangunan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) di Kota Surabaya. Salah satu tugas dari Dinkominfo yaitu membuat website monitoring ketinggian air untuk meminimalisir dampak banjir. Website ini digunakan untuk memudahkan proses pengawasan terutama untuk mengetahui ketinggian air, melihat batas ketinggian air, daya tampung BBM, BBM yang digunakan, dan mengirimkan notifikasi kepada petugas rumah pompa. Notifikasi ini untuk memberitahukan pembukaan pipa pembuangan air pada rumah pompa. Website monitoring ketinggian air dibuat dengan melihat kebutuhan akan pentingnya pengawasan ketinggian air dalam meminimalisir dampak banjir di Kota Surabaya. ================================================================================================= Communication and Informatics Agency (Dinkominfo) of Surabaya is an agency that has the task of carrying out regional authority in the field of Information Technology management and Communication and carry out co-administration tasks given by the Surabaya City Government. As a government institution, Dinkominfo has a big task and function in the development of Information and Communication Techlonogy (ICT) in Surabaya. One of the task of Dinkominfo is to create a website to monitor the water level to minimize the impact of flooding. This website is used to facilitate the monitoring process, especially for the water level value, the limit of the water level, the capacity of fuel in each pump, the amount of fuel used, and sending notifications to the attendants of each pump houses. This notification is to notify the attendants to initiate the draining pump int the pump house. The website is made by considering the need for the importance of monitoring the water levels in minimizing the flood impacts in Surabaya.
