Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana kesiapan Dinas X Provinsi Jawa Timur untuk menerapkan penggunaan Building Information Modeling (BIM) pada setiap proyek konstruksi yang dilaksanakan.Tujuan tersebut dicapai dengan menjelaskan pengaruh variabel independen dari metode TAM 3 yakni Subjective Norm, Job Relevance, Output Quality, Result of Demonstrability, Computer Self-Efficacy, Objective Usability, dan Image terhadap variabel dependen dari TAM 3 yaitu Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Behavioral Intention, dan Use Behavior. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian expost facto. Sumber data primer berasal dari kuesioner tertutup berisi 30 pertanyaan dengan jawaban berupa skala Likert 5 alternatif jawaban (Sangat Setuju, Setuju, Netral, Tidak Setuju, dan Sangat Tidak Setuju). Responden penelitian ini ialah ASN & Non ASN Dinas X Provinsi Jawa Timur dengan total jumlah responden yakni 100 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data pada penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modelling dengan pengolahan data menggunakan software Smart PLS.
Hasil dari penelitian ini dibagi menjadi 2 macam variabel yakni variabel yang signifikan atau yang tidak signifikan. Variabel yang signifikan dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel Computer Self-Efficacy signifikan terhadap Perceived Ease of Use, variabel Object Usability signifikan terhadap Perceived Ease of Use, variabel Perceived Usefulness signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention, variabel Perceived Ease of Use signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention, dan variabel Behavioral Intention signifikan terhadap Use Behavior. Sedangkan Variabel yang tidak signifikan dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel Subjective Norm tidak signifikan terhadap Perceived Usefulness, variabel Subjective Norm tidak signifikan terhadap Perceived Usefulness (dimoderasi oleh variabel Experience), variabel Subjective Norm tidak signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention (dimoderasi oleh variabel Experience), variabel Subjective Norm tidak signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention (dimoderasi oleh variabel Voluntariness), variabel Image tidak signifikan terhadap Perceived Usefulness, variabel Job Relevance tidak signifikan terhadap Perceived Usefulness, variabel Output Quality signifikan terhadap Perceived Usefulness, variabel Result of Demonstrability tidak signifikan terhadap Perceived Usefulness, variabel Perceived Ease of Use tidak signifikan terhadap Perceived Usefulness.

The purpose of this study was to find the readiness for implementing Building Information Modeling in Department X of East Java Province with Technology Acceptance Model. The goal is achieved by explaining the influence of the independent variabels of the TAM 3 method, those are Subjective Norm, Job Relevance, Output Quality, Result of Demonstrability, Computer Self-Efficacy, Objective Usability, and Image of the dependent variabel of TAM 3, those are Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use , Behavioral Intention, and Use Behavior. This study is an ex-post. The primary data was originated from closed questionnaire with 30 questions inside using Likert scale with 5 alternative answers (Very Agree, Agree, Neutral, Disagree, Very Disagree). The respondents from this study are ASN & Non ASN from Department X of East Java Province, with a total of respondents of 100 people. The method used in analyzing data in this study is Structural Equation Modeling by processing data using Smart PLS due to the complexity of the study model.
The results of this study were divided into 2 kinds of variabels, namely variabels that were significant or insignificant. The significant variabels in this study are the Computer Self-Efficacy variabel which is significant for Perceived Ease of Use, the Object Usability variabel is significant for the Perceived Ease of Use, the Perceived Usefulness variabel is significant for Behavioral Intention, the Perceived Ease of Use variabel is significant for Behavioral Intention, and the Behavioral intention variabel is significant for Use Behavior. While the variabels that are not significant in this study are the Subjective Norm variabel which is not significant for Perceived Usefulness, the Subjective Norm variabel is not significant for Perceived Usefulness (moderated by the Experience variabel), the Subjective Norm variabel is not significant for Behavioral Intention (moderated by the Experience variabel), the Subjective variabel Norm is not significant for Behavioral Intention (moderated by Voluntariness variabel), Image variabel is not significant for Perceived Usefulness, Job Relevance variabel is not significant for Perceived Usefulness, Output Quality variabel is significant for Perceived Usefulness, Result of Demonstrability variabel is not significant for Perceived Usefulness, Perceived variabel Ease of Use is not significant to Perceived Usefulness.
