Abstract

LRT adalah jenis transportasi massal yang berbasis rel. Pada pengerjaannya PT. ADHI KARYA yang menjadi kontraktor pengerjaan LRT ini menggunakan U Shape girder sebagai struktur atas LRT ini. U shape girder mempunya panjang maksimal bentang hanya 30 m. Pada LRT Dukuh Atas terdapat satu lokasi yang membutuhkan bentang lebih dari 30 m karena terdapat basement sehingga membutuhkan bentang 128 m. Pada bentang 128 m tersebut cocok digunakan jembatan busur rangka karena masih termasuk dalam bentang ekonomis dan efisien dibanding menggunakan tipe jembatan-jembatan lainnya.
Pada perencanaan jembatan menggunakan beberapa peraturan yaitu ACI343.1R-12, SNI 1725:2016, SNI 1729:2015, SNI 2833-2016, SNI 2847-2019, Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Nomor : PM.60 tahun 2012. Pada perencanaannya jembatan ini dimulai dari perhitungan gelagar memanjang dan melintang dilanjutkan perhitungan struktur utama,sekunder dan bangunan bawah menggunakan bantuan software Midas Civil.
Hasil dari perencanaan didapatkan profil terbesar pada struktur utama menggunakan Box 500x500x25,Tie Beam menggunakan Box 600x500x25, diameter kabel penggantung 48 mm dan perleteakan menggunakan pot bearing. Pondasi yang digunakan menggunakan boredpile dengan kedalaman 58 m.

LRT is a type of mass transportation that uses railway as its
base. In its execution, PT. ADHI KARYA, the contractor that does
the project uses U Shape girder as the super struccture of this LRT
project. U shape girder usually only have a maximum span of 30
m. In the location of Dukuh Atas there is one site that requires a
span of more than 30 m because of the existence of an existing
basement that makes the required span to be 128 m in length. the
usage of an arch bridge type is deemed suitable on that 128 m span
because of its span that is still categorized as an economical span
and more efficient if using an arch bridge rather than the usage of
other type of bridges.
The regulations which are used in the planning of this bridge are
ACI343.1R-12, SNI 1725:2016, SNI 1729:2015, SNI 2833-2016,
SNI 2847-2019, Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Nomor : PM.60
tahun 2012. The planning of this bridge starts with the calculation
of the longitudinal and transverse girder which then continued to
the calculation of the primary and secondary structure and then
the sub structure with the help of Midas Civil Software.
The result of the design are as follows, the maximum profile will
be using a 500x500x25 Box, The Tie Beam will be using a
600x500x25 Box, cable hanger will be using a 48 mm diameter
cable, and a bearing pot as its placement. The foundation will be
using a boredpile with the depth of 58 m.
