Abstract

Proyek LRT Jabodebek adalah proyek transportasi berbasis rel dengan detail kompleks dan skala yang sangat besar. LRT Jabodebek dibangun untuk mengurangi kepadatan kendaraan yang masuk Jakarta dari kota-kota satelit disekitarnya. Sehingga meminimalisir kemacetan di tol Jakarta – Cikampek (Japek) dan Jagorawi, dan menjawab tuntutan masyarakat akan transportasi umum yang aman, nyaman, dan memiliki ketepatan waktu yang tinggi. Pembangunannya dilakukan secara elevated diatas Tol Jagorawi dan Tol Cililitan 2, sehingga tidak dimungkinkan menggunakan pier dengan jarak normal dan diperlukan jembatan bentang panjang dengan box girder segmental.
Dalam perencanaan proyek LRT Jabodebek khusunya untuk bentang panjang. Menurut Perpres No 65 Tahun 2016, Kementrian Perhubungan selaku owner membawahi supervising consultant dan Project Government Auditor menunjuk PT Adhi Karya (Persero), Tbk. selaku design and built contractor dan PT. Kereta Api Indonesia sebagai operator. Kontraktor harus mememiliki beberapa konsultan yang tertera dalam kontrak sebagai syarat wajib dalam perencanaan proyek tersebut. Yang pertama adalah konsultan untuk membuat Detail Engineering Design (DED). Yang merencanakan detail dimensi dari proyek jembatan bentang panjang. Tetapi penyiapan dokumen Detail Engineering Design oleh konsultan perencana atau kontraktor belumlah cukup untuk meyakinkan dan menjamin kehandalan produk engineering dapat dilaksanakan secara efektif dan efesien. Oleh karena itu diperlukannya pemeriksaan pembuktian oleh pihak ketiga seperti konsultan Independent Proof Checker (IPC) sebagai dasar pertimbangan dan memberikan masukan atau saran sebelum akhirnya desain yang digunakan dinyatakan layak untuk dilanjutkan ke tahap konstruksi.
Dalam tugas akhir ini, penulis akan merencanakan ulang Jembatan Longspan LRT Cililitan dengan menggunakan precast posttensioned box girder sepanjang 198 meter yang terdiri dari 3 bentang, masing masing 54 m, 90 m dan 54 m. Struktur jembatan yang direncanakan untuk double track. Dengan menggunakan metode balanced cantilever. Perencanaan harus memperhatikan stabilitas struktur dalam tiap tahap pengerjaannya. Dalam perencanaannya dilakukan perhitungan sebagai Independent Proof Checker (IPC) yang diharapkan dapat menjadi pembanding dari perhitungan Detail Engineering Design (DED) yang sudah ada.

The LRT Jabodebek project is a rail-based transportation project with complex details and a very large scale. So as to minimize congestion on the Jakarta - Cikampek (Japek) and Jagorawi toll roads, and respond to public demands for safe, comfortable, and high punctuality public transportation. The construction was carried out elevated above Jagorawi Toll Road and Cililitan 2 Toll Road, so that it was not possible to use piers with normal distances and a long span bridge with segmental box girder was required.
In planning the LRT Jabodebek project especially for long spans. According to Presidential Decree No. 65/2016, the Ministry of Transportation as the owner is in charge of the supervising consultants and the Project Government Auditor to appoint PT Adhi Karya (Persero), Tbk. as the design and built contractor and PT. Kereta Api Indonesia as the operator. The contractor must have several consultants listed in the contract as a mandatory requirement in planning the project. The first is a consultant to make a Detail Engineering Design (DED). Who plans the dimensional details of the long span bridge project. However, the preparation of a Detailed Engineering Design document by a planning consultant or contractor is not sufficient to ensure and ensure the reliability of engineering products can be carried out effectively and efficiently. Therefore, it is necessary to have a proof check by a third party such as an Independent Proof Checker (IPC) consultant as a basis for consideration and providing input or suggestions before finally the design used is declared feasible to proceed to the construction stage.
In this final project, the author will re-plan the Longspan LRT Cililitan Bridge by using a 198 meter precast posttensioned box girder consisting of 3 spans, 54 m, 90 m and 54 m respectively. Bridge structure planned for double track. By using the balanced cantilever method. Planning must pay attention to structural stability in each stage of its work. In the planning, the calculation is carried out as an Independent Proof Checker (IPC) which is expected to be a comparison of the existing Detailed Engineering Design (DED) calculations.
