Abstract

Sistem perpipaan menjadi hal yang krusial dalam moda transportasi fluida dan gas
dalam sistem kapal. Setiap kapal pasti memiliki suatu sistem perpipaan untuk distribusi fluida
dan gas sesuai fungsinya masing-masing. Karena peran pipa sangat penting, proses
perencanaan untuk sistem perpipaan harus sesuai dengan tujuan yang ditentukan. Oleh karena
itu, membutuhkan manajemen proyek yang matang sangat penting dalam sebuah proyek untuk
memastikan proyek berjalan tepat ke tujuan. Perencanaan yang kurang matang akan
mengakibatkan kerugian. Metode yang akan digunakan adalah Critical Path Method (CPM)
dan Crashing Duration. Critical Path Method (CPM) adalah metode untuk merencanakan dan
mengawasi proyek, merupakan sistem yang paling banyak dipergunakan diantara semua sistem
lain yang memakai prinsip pembentukan jaringan. Crashing Duration adalah suatu proses yang
disengaja, sistematis dan analitik dengan cara melakukan pengujian dari semua kegiatan dalam
suatu proyek yang dipusatkan pada kegiatan yang berada dijalur kritis. Untuk mengetahui dan
mengevaluasi kemungkinan hasil percepatan digunakan metode Project Evaluation Review
Techniques (PERT). Dari hasil CPM ditemukan 7 aktivitas kegiatan yang berada pada jalur
kritis. Untuk metode Crashing Duration, dihasilkan durasi 109 hari dari sebelumnya 117 hari
untuk pengerjaan proyek. Kemungkinan keberhasilan percepatan ditemukan dengan metode
PERT dengan persentase 97,38 %.

The piping system is crucial in the mode of transportation for fluids and gases in ship
systems. Every ship must have a piping system for the distribution of fluids and gases according
to their respective functions. Because the role of piping system is very important, the planning
process for the piping system must be in accordance with the specified objectives. Therefore,
requiring mature project management is very important in a project to ensure the project is
going on to its goals. Inadequate planning will result in losses. The methods to be used are the
Critical Path Method (CPM) and Crashing Duration. Critical Path Method (CPM) is a method
for planning and monitoring projects, it is the most widely used system among all other systems
that use the principle of network formation. Crashing Duration is a deliberate, systematic and
analytical process by testing all activities in a project that are focused on activities that are in a
critical path. To find out and evaluate the possibility of acceleration results using the Project
Evaluation Review Techniques (PERT) method. From the CPM results, it was found that 7
activities were on the critical path. For the Crashing Duration method, the duration is 109 days
from the previous 117 days for project work. The probability of acceleration was found by the
PERT method with the proportion of 97,38%.
