Abstract

PT Industri Kereta Api (Persero) yang di singkat PT INKA merupakan sebuah Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bergerak di bidang industri sarana perkeretaapian. Pada tahun 2014, PT INKA resmi menandatangani kontrak pengadaan 150 kereta penumpang yang di pesan oleh Negara Bangladesh yang kemudian pada tahun 2017 Bangladesh menambah pesanan 200 Kereta Penumpang. Hal ini menunjukkan jumlah permintaan ekspor gerbong kereta api semakin meningkat. Untuk memenuhi permintaan kereta, PT INKA membangun pabrik baru yang terletak di Kabupaten Banyuwangi. PT INKA menggunakan moda trasportasi laut untuk kegiatan ekspor. Pelabuhan terdekat dari workshop kereta api di Kabupaten Banyuwangi adalah Pelabuhan Tanjung Wangi. Untuk mempermudah proses ekspor sarana kereta api, PT INKA berencana membangun rel kereta yang menghubungkan workshop PT INKA-Pelabuhan Tanjung Wangi Banyuwangi.
Pada Tugas Akhir ini direncanakan jalur kereta api yang memiliki prioritas tinggi lalu lintas dengan merencanakan minimal tiga alternatif trase untuk kemudian dipilih satu trase yang lebih memenuhi persyaratan. Dalam merencanakan trase yang dipilih, akan menggunakan beberapa kriteria pemilihan trase. Jalan rel yang akan direncanakan ini menghubungkan antara Workshop PT INKA dengan Pelabuhan Tanjung Wangi di Banyuwangi dengan jarak kurang lebih 2 km dan berpotongan dengan jalan lingkar.
Pada penulisan tugas akhir ini didapatkan beberapa hasil analisis, yaitu : 1. menghasilkan gambar perencanaan geometri jalan rel yang mengacu pada peraturan menteri perhubungan no 60 tahun 2012 tentang persyaratan teknis jalur kereta api, yang terdiri beberapa gambar antara lain : jalur trase, plan profile, cross section serta detail konstruksi jalan rel. 2. Kosntruksi rel menggunakan rel R54, kecepatan rencana 60 km/jam, menggunakan penambat jenis pandrol E-clip, memiliki total panjang trase 4.555 km Dan menggunakan lebar rel jenis dual gauge dengan lebar sepur 1067 dan 1435 mm untuk bantalan relnya. 3. Rencana anggaran biaya (RAB) yang dibutuhkan sebesar Rp 122.218.142.000.

PT Industri Kereta Api (Persero) as known as PT INKA is a state-owned company (BUMN) engaged in the railway facility industry. In 2014, PT INKA officially signed a procurement contract for 150 passenger trains ordered by the State of Bangladesh, which then increased the order for 200 Passenger Trains in 2017. This shows that the number of railroad cars export demand is increasing. To meet the trains demand, PT INKA built a new factory located in Banyuwangi Regency. PT INKA exports its products by sea. The closest train workshop port in Banyuwangi Regency is Tanjung Wangi Port. To make the export proccess easier, PT INKA plans to build a railroad that connects the PT INKA workshop to the Tanjung Wangi Port of Banyuwangi.
In this final project, a high traffic priority railway line will be planned by applying at least three alternative alignments and then selecting one that meets the requirements. In planning the selected alignment, several criteria for selecting a line will be used. The 2 km long PT INKA-Tanjung Wangi Port railroad cuts the ring road.
In writing this final project, several analysis results are obtained, namely: 1. produce a geometrical planning drawing of a railroad that refers to the regulation of the Minister of Transportation No. 60 of 2012 concerning the technical requirements of the railway line, which consists of several pictures, including: track, plan profile, cross section and detail of rail road construction. 2. Rail construction using R54 rails, design speed of 60 km / hour, using E-clip pandrol type mooring, having a total track length of 4,555 km and using a dual gauge rail width with a track width of 1067 and 1435 mm for the rail bearings. 3. The budget plan (RAB) required is Rp. 122,218,142,000.
