Abstract

Proyek Pembangunan Apartemen Tamansari Prospero Beatus Tower Sidoarjo merupakan jenis proyek pembangunan gedung tinggi, sehingga proyek tersebut memiliki risiko- risiko yang dapat menyebabkan kecelakaan kerja. sehingga diperlukan analisis risiko dan pencegahan agar dapat mencegah atau meminimalisir kecelakaan kerja yang akan terjadi pada proyek tersebut.
Analisis risiko yang akan dilakukan yaitu metode wawancara dan penyebaran kuisioner kepada pihak pekerja proyek Apartemen Tamansari. Dimana dalam isi kuisioner terdapat penilaian probability dan impact. Selanjutnya data-data yang telah dikumpulkan, diolah dengan menggunakan metode severity index dan probability index. Lalu dibuat pemetaan peringkat kategori risiko dari setiap variabel.
Hasil dari penetilian ini adalah didapatkan empat variabel dengan kategori ekstrim yaitu variabel pekerja terluka terkena manuver alat berat, pekerja tertimpa buckethead saat pengecoran, tangan tergores terkenal material besi saat pemasangan as kolom dan tangan tergores terkena material besi saat pemasangan base jack. Lalu hasil dari metode Fault Tree Analysis didapatkan beberapa penyebab risiko kecelakaan kerja diantaranya yaitu tidak menggunakan alat pengaman, ceroboh, tidak menggunakan APD dan lain-lain. Selanjutnya hasil dari metode MOCUS didapatkan pekerja terluka terkena manuver alat berat menghasilkan 13 penyebab dasar dan 9 kombinasi penyebab dasar, pekerja tertimpa buckethead menghasilka 11 penyebab dasar dan 8 kombinasi penyebab dasar dan tangan terluka terkena material besi menghasilkan 11 penyebab dasar dan 8 kombinasi penyebab dasar. Langkah pencegahan dan penangan risiko contohnya yaitu membatasi waktu jam kerja, memberi jam istirahat kerja, pengadaan APD, membuat aturan jadwal pengawasan dan lain-lain.

Tamansari Prospero Beatus Tower Sidoarjo Apartment Construction Project is a type of high-rise construction project, so the project has risks that can cause work accidents. so that risk analysis and prevention is needed in order to prevent or minimize work accidents that will occur in the project.
Risk analysis that will be conducted is the method of interviewing and disseminating questionnaires to the workers of tamansari apartment project. Where in the contents of the questionnaire there is a probability and impact assessment. Furthermore, the data that has been collected, processed using severity index and probability index method. Then a risk category rating mapping of each variable is created.
The result of this research is obtained four variables with extreme categories, namely variables of injured workers exposed to heavy equipment maneuvers, workers hit buckethead during casting, hands scratched famous iron material when mounting ace columns and scratched hands exposed to iron material during base jack installation. Then the results of the Fault Tree Analysis method obtained several causes of occupational accident risk, including not using safety equipment, careless, not using PPE and others. Furthermore, the results of the MOCUS method obtained hail injured workers exposed to machine maneuvers resulted in 13 basic events and 9 combinations of basic events, buckethead stricken workers produced 11 basic events and 8 combinations of basic events and injured hands exposed to iron material produced 11 basic events and 8 combinations of basic events. Preventive measures and risk handlers for example are limiting working hours, giving hours of work breaks, procurement of PPE, making rules of surveillance schedules and others.
