Abstract

Pertumbuhan industri penerbangan di Indonesia ini membuka peluang bagi industri perawatan pesawat untuk meningkatkan eksistensi dan pendapatannya. Salah satu perusahaan perawatan pesawat terbesar di Indonesia adalah PT GMF Aeroasia Tbk. Perusahaan merupakan anak usaha Garuda Indonesia yang bergerak di Bidang Perawatan Pesawat. Garuda Indonesia merupakan maskapai yang tergabung dalam skyteam atau maskapai bintang 5 di dunia. PT GMF Aeroasia melayani perawatan airframe, mesin pesawat, komponen pesawat dan perawatan kabin. Dalam menjalankan perawatan kabin, ketika terdapat komponen yang mengalami kerusakan langkah perawatan yang digunakan selama ini adalah langsung mengganti komponen tersebut dengan yang baru dikarenakan waktu transit pesawat yang sedikit. sehingga menyebabkan maintenance cost komponen menjadi tinggi dan tingkat ketersediaan barang pun menipis.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor apa saja yang mengakibatkan komponen kabin menjadi cepat rusak dengan menggunakan analisa Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) dan membandingkan nilai Risk Priority Number (RPN) setiap registrasi pesawat dan setiap komponen. Penelitian ini disusun berdasarkan penelitian terdahulu yang berhubungan dengan analisa Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Dengan melakukan analisa diagram pareto, diagram fishbone dan tabel analisa Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) maka didapatkan nilai Risk Priority Number (RPN). Selain itu penelitian juga membandingkan nilai Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) dengan nilai Mean Time Limit (MTL).
Hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai Risk Priority Number (RPN) heater water sebesar 192 & 210, oven aft 245 & 192, dan toilet assy 160. Sedangkan nilai Risk Priority Number (RPN) paling tinggi yaitu registrasi PK-GMA dengan nilai 2275. Untuk analisa Mean Time Limit (MTL) 8 Part Number dari 18 komponen masuk kedalam kriteria below diantaranya adalah heater water dan oven. Masing-masing registrasi dan komponen yang memiliki nilai RPN tinggi dan kriteria below harus dilakukan prioritas penanganan dan perbaikan supaya menjadi kriteria normal berdasarkan analisa Mean Time Limit (MTL).

The growth of the aviation industry in Indonesia has opened up opportunities for the aircraft maintenance industry to increase its existence and revenue. PT GMF Aeroasia Tbk is one of the largest aircraft maintenance companies in Indonesia. The company is a subsidiary of Garuda Indonesia engaged in aircraft maintenance. Garuda Indonesia is an airline that is a member of Skyteam or a 5-star airline in the world. PT GMF Aeroasia is responsible for airframe maintenance, aircraft engines, aircraft components and cabin maintenance. In carrying out cabin maintenance, when a component is damaged, the maintenance step used so far is to replace the component immediately with a new one due to the short transit time of the aircraft. As a result, the maintenance costs of the components are high and the level of availability of goods is also low.
The aim of this study is to analyze the factors that cause the cabin components to break down quickly by using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) analysis and comparing the Risk Priority Number (RPN) value of each aircraft registration and component. This research is compiled on the basis of previous research related to the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) analysis. The risk priority number (RPN) value is obtained by analyzing the Pareto diagram, the fishbone diagram and the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) analysis table. In addition, this study also compares the Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) value to the Mean Time Limit (MTL) value.
The results showed that the risk priority number (RPN) of heater water was 192 & 210, oven 245 & 192, and toilet assy was 160. Meanwhile, PK-GMA registration with a value of 2275 was the highest risk priority number (RPN). For Mean Analysis Time Limit (MTL) 8 Part The number of the 18 components included in the criteria below is heater water and oven. Each registration and component with a high RPN value and the following criteria must be prioritized for handling and improvement in order to become a normal criterion based on the Mean Time Limit (MTL) analysis.
