Abstract

Spare part merupakan komponen yang diperlukan dalam proses produksi. Kelancaran proses produksi bergantung pada ketersediaan Spare part di gudang. Persediaan Spare part yang berlebihan dapat menimbulkan biaya persediaan menjadi tinggi, namun kekurangan persediaan Spare part di gudang dapat menghambat proses produksi sehingga dapat mengurangi profit. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan manajemen persediaan Spare part agar dapat terhindar dari kelebihan maupun kekurangan material. Untuk menentukan Spare part mana saja yang menjadi fokusan dalam penelitian ini, digunakan klasifikasi persediaan. Klasifikasi yang digunakan yaitu klasifikasi ABC. Klasifikasi ABC digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi Spare part yang bernilai besar bagi perusahaan. Setelah itu, dilakukan perhitungan Continuous Review model (s,S) untuk menghitung parameter kebijakan perbaikan pengendalian persediaan. Output dari perhitungan Continuous Review dijadikan input kebijakan perbaikan Monte Carlo. Lalu dilakukan simulasi Monte Carlo pada tingkat permintaan untuk mengetahui performansi kebijakan eksisting dan kebijakan perbaikan. Setelah dilakukan simulasi, didapatkan total biaya persediaan kondisi perbaikan lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan kondisi eksisting dengan selisih sebesar Rp. 2.207.675419 atau penghematan sebesar 17,92%.

To determine which Spare parts are the focus in this study, inventory classification is used. The classification used is the ABC classification. ABC classification is used to identify parts of great value to a company. After that, the Continuous Review (S, S) model is calculated to calculate the parameters for the inventory repair policy. The output from the Continuous Review calculation is used as input for the Monte Carlo improvement policy. Then a Monte Carlo simulation and policy is carried out at the demand level to see the existing policies and policies. After the simulation is carried out, the total inventory cost of the repair condition is low compared to the existing condition with a difference of Rp. 2.207.675419 or a savings of 17,92%
