Abstract

Bahan baku termasuk salah satu yang berdampak besar dalam menunjang kualitas produk, terutama dalam industri makanan dan minuman. CV. X merupakan UKM yang bergerak di sektor industri minuman sirup markisa dan salah satu pelopor berdirinya industri pembuat sirup markisa di Sulawesi Selatan sejak tahun 1961. Sirup markisa terbuat dari olahan buah markisa ungu yang rentan terhadap parasit tanaman serta musim panen buah yang hanya pada bulan-bulan tertentu. Masalah yang sering dihadapi oleh CV. X adalah kurangnya pasokan bahan baku utama yaitu buah markisa ungu yang disebabkan CV. X selama ini menerapkan sistem single supplier. Untuk itu pemilik CV. X mempertimbangkan untuk menerapkan multiple sourcing. Dengan demikian CV. X perlu mengidentifikasi kriteria-kriteria yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan untuk digunakan dalam seleksi dan pemilihan multiple supplier. Penelitian ini akan merancang usulan kriteria-kriteria untuk memilih calon supplier buah markisa ungu untuk CV. X dengan menggunakan pendekatan integrasi metode MCDM yaitu integrasi pendekatan teknik Delphi dan metode Step-Wise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis (SWARA). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk merancang kriteria dan sub kriteria seleksi supplier buah markisa ungu pada CV. X menggunakan teknik Delphi dan pembobotan dan perankingan prioritas pada setiap kriteria dan sub kriteria seleksi tersebut menggunakan metode SWARA. Penelitian ini mengusulkan 6 kriteria utama yaitu kualitas, harga, layanan, pengiriman, garansi dan kebijakan klaim, dan manajemen dan operasi, dan 22 sub kriteria. ===================================================================================================== Raw materials are among the major impacts in supporting product quality, especially in the food and beverage industry. CV. X is an SME engaged in the passion fruit syrup beverage industry and one of the pioneers of the establishment of passion fruit syrup manufacturing industry in South Sulawesi since 1961. Passion fruit syrup is made from processed purple passion fruit that is susceptible to plant parasites as well as fruit harvest season only in certain months. Problems that are often encountered by CVs. X is the lack of supply of the main raw material that is purple passion fruit caused by CV. X has been implementing a single supplier system. For that CV. X’s owner considers applying multiple sourcing. Thus CV. X needs to identify the criteria that suit the needs of the company to be used in the selection of multiple suppliers. This research will design proposed criteria for selecting prospective suppliers of purple passion fruit for CV. X by using mcdm method integration approach which is Delphi technique approach integration and Step-Wise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis (SWARA) method. The purpose of this research to design the criteria and sub criteria of selection of purple passion fruit suppliers on CV. X uses Delphi techniques and weighting and prioritization roles on each of the criteria and sub-criteria of the selection using the SWARA method. This study proposes 6 main criteria namely quality, price, service, delivery, warranty and claim policy, and management and operation, and 22 sub criteria.
