Abstract

Pada tahun 2020, Indonesia resmi dinyatakan sebagai produsen olahan logam timah terbesar di dunia oleh International Tin Association (ITA). Hal tersebut dikarenakan kinerja yang bagus oleh perusahaan timah di Indonesia. Salah satu perusahaan timah yang berkontribusi pada pencapaian Indonesia tersebut adalah PT X, yang memiliki aktivitas ekspor timah sebesar 98,3% dari total penjualannya di tahun 2019. Dengan semakin berkembangnya perusahaan, semakin banyak pula ketidakpastian-ketidakpastian atau risiko yang berpotensi menyebabkan kerugian bagi perusahaan, terutama di bagian rantai pasok. Oleh karena itu, agar dapat mengurangi risiko yang kemungkinan timbul pada rantai pasok, dibutuhkan pengelolaan risiko rantai pasok sehingga perusahaan memperoleh strategi yang dapat memitigasi atau mengurangi maupun mencegah potensi dan dampak risiko. Kerangka manajemen risiko yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah ISO 31000:2018 dengan pengolahan menggunakan metode House of Risk (HOR) untuk mengetahui kejadian risiko (risk event) dan penyebab risiko (risk agent) yang berpotensi timbul di sepanjang aliran rantai pasok. Karena fokus penelitian ini pada bagian rantai pasok, maka pertama-tama perlu dilakukan pemetaan aktivitas rantai pasok sesuai dengan Model Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). Identifikasi risiko dilakukan sesuai dengan aktivitas rantai pasok pada model SCOR di mana terdapat 14 aktivitas rantai pasok yang diidentifikasi pada tahap source, 12 aktivitas pada tahap make, dan 6 aktivitas pada tahap deliver dengan 42 kejadian risiko dan 60 penyebab risiko. Penentuan prioritas risiko dipilih dengan menggunakan diagram Pareto berdasarkan nilai ARP yang diperoleh dari HOR1 dan diskusi dengan pihak expert perusahaan. Dari hasil perumusan tindakan respon risiko, diperoleh 18 tindakan respon risiko yang dirumuskan untuk mengatas risiko rantai pasok produk logam timah di PT X.

In 2020, Indonesia was officially declared the largest refined tin producer in the world by the International Tin Association (ITA). This is due to the good performance of tin companies in Indonesia. One of the tin companies that contributed to Indonesia's achievement was PT X, which had tin export activities amounting to 98.3% of its total sales in 2019. As the company grows, there are more uncertainties or risks that could potentially cause losses to the company, especially in the supply chain sector. Therefore, in order to reduce the risks that may arise in the supply chain, supply chain risk management is needed so that companies obtain strategies that can mitigate or reduce or prevent the potential and impact of risks. The risk management framework used in this study is ISO 31000: 2018 with processing using the House of Risk (HOR) method to determine risk events and risk agents that have the potential to arise along the supply chain flow. Because the focus of this research is on the supply chain, it is necessary to first map supply chain activities according to the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) Model. Risk identification is carried out in accordance with the supply chain activities in the SCOR model where 14 supply chain activities are identified at the source stage, 12 activities at the make stage, and 6 activities at the deliver stage with 42 risk events and 60 risk causes. The determination of risk priority is selected using the Pareto diagram based on the ARP value obtained from HOR1 and discussions with company experts. From the results of the formulation of risk response measures, 18 risk response measures were formulated to address the risk of the supply chain for tin metal products at PT X.
