Abstract

Kepribadian merupakan faktor penting dan menentukan terhadap kualifikasi seseorang yang berperan dalam kegiatan suatu industri pengolahan. Kepribadian lebih menyangkut manusia sebagai pekerja dan merupakan subjek industri. Pengklasifikasian pekerja membutuhkan alat ukur kepribadian. Salah satu alat ukur kepribadian adalah Big Five Inventory. Perubahan sikap dan kepribadian pekerja berupa depresi atau stress, afeksi negatif dan trait anger, tindakan menghindari kewajiban (shirking action), membenci teman (social loafing), tidak menyumbangkan tenaga (free raider), frustrasi (frustration) berdampak negatif dan harus diminimalkan. Dalam masyarakat industri manufaktur, perubahan sikap dan kepribadian pekerja lebih sering terjadi karena pergesekan antarpekerja yang lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan masyarakat industri lainnya sehingga kepribadian itu penting di dalam masyarakat industri manufaktur khususnya industri manufaktur manual. Pengembangan kepribadian dalam masyarakat industri pengolahan selama ini hanya dideskripsikan, belum disimulasikan dalam sistem dinamik. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada sistem pakar berbasis fuzzy kepribadian big five inventory, pembuatan model sistem dinamik kepribadian pekerja, pengisian model sistem dinamik dengan kuesioner terhadap 8 ekspert psikologi dan 36 pekerja. Dalam penelitian ini berhasil dibangun sebuah model dinamika yang merepresentasikan kepribadian pekerja industri. Model berhasil diverifikasi dengan realitas perilaku dan perlakuan kepribadian pekerja industri baik dari sifat fuzzy maupun hasil kecenderungan dimensi kepribadian pekerja. Penerapan skenario berupa (1) bimbingan mentor, (2) reorientasi perusahaan setiap tahun, dan (3) rotasi kerja setiap empat tahun. Hasil terbaik berupa penerapan ketiga skenario secara simultan dengan rata-rata dimensi kepribadian agreeableness sebesar 0.81 atau pekerja ”aktif” dalam berdiskusi tanpa mengurangi sifat simpati dan empati pekerja dan neuroticism sebesar 0.47 atau pekerja dapat mengontrol tingkat depresi sekaligus mempertahankan antusias dan semangat dalam bekerja dengan “tantangan” kerja. Ketiga skenario yang disimulasikan secara simultan dapat menjadi tolok ukur dalam penentuan perilaku yang harus diambil pihak managerial dalam memperlakukan pekerja ===================================================================================================== Personality is an important factor and determines the qualifications of someone who plays a role in industry manufacturing activities. Changes in attitudes and personality of workers in the form of depression or stress, negative affection and anger traits, shirking action, social loafing, not contributing energy, frustration has a negative impact and must be minimized. So far, personality development has only been described, not simulated in a dynamic system. In manufacturing industry communities, changes in worker attitudes and personalities are more common due to shifts between workers compared to other industrial communities, so personality is important in the manufacturing industry community, especially the manual manufacturing industry.. This research is based on an expert system based on the fuzzy big five inventory personality, making a dynamic system model of worker personality, filling in a dynamic system model with a questionnaire to 8 psychology experts and 36 workers. In this research, a dynamic model that represents the personality of industrial workers is successfully built. The model was successfully verified with the reality of the behavior and personality treatment of industrial workers, both from the fuzzy nature and the results of the tendency of the worker personality dimensions. The scenarios were implemented in the form of (1) mentor guidance, (2) company reorientation every year, and (3) job rotation every four years. The best result is the simultaneous application of the three scenarios with an average agreeableness personality dimension of 0.81 or "active" workers in discussions to reduce sympathy and work empathy and neuroticism by 0.47 or workers can control the level of depression while maintaining enthusiasm and enthusiasm for working with work challenges. the simultaneous application of the three scenarios can be a benchmark in determining the behavior that managerial parties should take in treating workers.
