Abstract

Energi surya merupakan energi terbarukan yang sedang dikembangkan di Indonesia. Energi surya sangat potensial untuk diterapkan di Indonesia karena Indonesia merupakan negara tropis dimana matahari sering menyinari belahan negara Indonesia. Selain itu, energi surya ramah lingkungan, tidak dapat habis, dan emisi rendah. Energi surya dapat menggantikan energi fosil yang saat ini mulai menipis ketersediannya di Indonesia. Banyak pengaplikasian dari energi surya salah satunya untuk sumber listrik container crane di pelabuhan. Pelabuhan-pelabuhan di Indonesia saat ini mulai menerapkan teknologi yang ramah lingkungan/green port. Salah satu yang menerapkan pelabuhan yang ramah lingkungan/green port yaitu PT. Teluk Lamong. Program elektrifikasi mulai dilakukan di PT. Teluk Lamong. Elektrifikasi yaitu merupakan proses powering dengan menggunakan suplai dari listrik PLN. Untuk menerapkan pelabuhan dengan teknologi ramah lingkungan/green port, di akan menggunakan sumber daya energi terbarukan. Diantaranya adalah energi surya. PT. Teluk Lamong mulai melakukan elektrifikasi untuk menggerakkan container crane. Pengoperasian sistem kelistrikan pada container crane ditemukan gangguan-gangguan yang muncul salah satunya adalah gangguan frekuensi harmonisa yang menyebabkan panas berlebih pada beberapa alat seperti generator dan transformator, karena kecenderungan harmonisa mengalir ke tempat dengan impedansi yang lebih rendah. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan simulasi dengan software untuk mengetahui adanya gangguan frekuensi harmonisa yang terjadi. Dengan harapan dapat menggunakan energi terbarukan menggantikan sumber energi untuk container crane pada pelabuhan. Untuk nilai VIHD dari simulasi menggunakan suplai PV, pada simulasi gantry motor VIHD sebesar 2%, Pada simulasi motor boom, VIHD adalah 1,36%. Simulasi troli adalah 1,36%. Pada simulasi motor hoist sebesar 1,67%. Dan pada skenario terakhir Hoist + Trolley nilai VIHD sebesar 2.80%. ==================================================================================================== Solar energy is a renewable energy that is being developed in Indonesia. In addition, solar energy is environmentally friendly, non-consumable, and low emission. Solar energy can replace fossil energy, which is currently running low on availability in Indonesia. There are many applications of solar energy, one of which is the power source for container cranes at the port. Ports in Indonesia are currently starting to implement environmentally friendly technology / green ports. One of the implementers of an environmentally friendly port / green port is PT. Teluk Lamong. The electrification program was started at PT. Teluk Lamong. Electrification is a powering process using a supply from PLN electricity. To implement a port with environmentally friendly technology / green port, it will use renewable energy sources. Among them is solar energy. PT. Teluk Lamong started electrifying to move the container crane. The operation of the electrical system on the container crane found disturbances that appeared, one of which was the harmonic frequency interference which caused overheating of several tools such as generators and transformers, due to the tendency of harmonics to flow to places with lower impedance. In this study, a simulation was carried out to determine the harmonic frequency disturbances that occur. With the hope of using renewable energy to replace the energy source for container cranes at the port. For VIHD value from simulation using PV supply, in the gantry motor simulation,VIHD is 2%, in the boom motor simulation, VIHD is 1.36%. The trolley simulation is 1.36%. In the hoist motor simulation it is 1.67%. And in the last scenario Hoist+Trolley the value of VIHD is 2.80%.
