Abstract

Kota Ambon adalah salah satu kota dengan produksi perikanan tangkap tinggi di Provinsi Maluku. Kontribusi Produksi perikanan yang tinggi karena didukung oleh produksi perikanan tangkap yang menyumbang pada peningkatan nilai PDRB setiap tahunnya. Berdasarkan kondisi eksisting masih kurangnya industri pengolahan perikanan tangkap yang bisa berkontribusi lebih besar pada perekonomian wilayah pesisir Kota Ambon. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan penelitian tentang penentuan lokasi industri pengolahan perikanan tangkap sebagai upaya pengembangan ekonomi wilayah di di pesisir Kota Ambon.
Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah menentukan lokasi yang sesuai untuk menjadi tempat pengolahan perikanan tangkap di kawasan pesisir Kota Ambon.
Agar tujuan penenlitian ini tercapai terdapat tiga sasaran. Pertama, Mengidentifikasi karakteristik eksisiting industri pengolahan perikanan yang sesuai untuk dijadikan lokasi pengembangan sektor perikanan tangkap di Wilayah pesisir Kota Ambon, kedua Melakukan pembobotan pada faktor penentuan lokasi pengembangan sektor perikanan tangkap di Kota Ambon, Ketiga Menentukan lokasi pengembangan sektor perikanan tangkap di Wilayah Pesisir Kota Ambon sesuai arahan dan kebijakan Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah Kota Ambon.
Analisis dilakukan berdasarkan pembobotan AHP dan diketahui 7 faktor yang menjadi prioritas dalam penentuan lokasi pengolahan perikanan di Kota Ambon yaitu Daya dukung lahan, Sumber Daya Alam, Sumber Daya Manusia, Pemasaran, Aksesibilitas, Sarana dan Prasarana Pendukung, dan Kelembagaan. Kemudian dianalisis dengan metode pembobotan dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kecamatan Sirimau 295,8% dan Kecamatan Nusaniwe 231,2%, di pesisir Kota Ambon merupakan kecamatan yang berpotensi menjadi lokasi industri pengolahan perikanan di Kota Ambon. Adapun arahan pengembangan yang perlu dipenuhi secara garis besar yaitu arahan berupa peningkatan atau penambahan fasilitas yang belum terpenuhi di lokasi industri pengolahan perikanan Tangkap.

Ambon City is one of the cities with high fisheries
production in Maluku Province. Contribution of fishery production
is high because it is supported by fisheries production which
contributes to an increase in the value of GRDP every year. Based
on the existing condition, there is still a lack of fisheries processing
industry which can contribute more to the economy of the coastal
area of Ambon City. For this reason, it is necessary to conduct
research on the location of the fisheries processing industry as an
effort to develop regional economies along the coast of Ambon
City.
The purpose of this research is to determine a suitable location to
be a place for fisheries processing in the coastal area of Ambon
City.
In order for the objectives of this research to be achieved, there are
three objectives. First, Identifying the existing characteristics of
the fisheries processing industry that are suitable for the
development of the fisheries sector in the coastal area of Ambon
City.Second, weighting the factors determining the location of the
fisheries sector development in Ambon City, Third Determining the
location for the development of the fisheries sector in the coastal
area of Ambon City in accordance with the directions and policies
of the Ambon City Spatial Plan.
The analysis is carried out based on AHP weighting and it is known
that 7 factors become priority in determining the location of
fisheries processing in Ambon City, namely the carrying capacity
of land, natural resources, human resources, marketing,
accessibility, supporting facilities and infrastructure, and
institutions. Then analyzed by weighting method and the results
showed that 295.8% Sirimau Subdistrict and 231.2% Nusaniwe
Subdistrict, on the coast of Ambon City are districts that have the
potential to become locations for fishery processing industries in
Ambon City. As for the development directions that need to be
fulfilled in outline, namely directions in the form of increasing or
adding unfulfilled facilities at the location of the fisheries
processing industry.
