Abstract

Pembangunan suatu gedung pada masanya harus mengacu pada peraturan yang berlaku saat itu, khususnya pada segi perencanaan strukturnya. Kekuatan struktur juga harus direncanakan sesuai dengan fungsi bangunan dan kondisi beban-beban yang disimulasikan terjadi pada bangunan. Perkembangan peraturan yang berlaku juga mempengaruhi evaluasi kekuatan struktur, terlebih jika dipengaruhi kondisi alam seperti bencana gempa. Evaluasi kekuatan struktur harus dilakukan seiring dengan bertambahnya umur bangunan yang telah berdiri, jika hasilnya tidak memenuhi maka perlu dilakukan upaya perkuatan pada struktur bangunan. Gedung Rumah Sakit di Surabaya menggunakan perencanaan struktur berdasarkan peraturan gempa lama SNI 1726-2012, sehingga faktor yang mendasari keperluan dalam melakukan evaluasi Gedung Rumah Sakit di Surabaya ini adalah terbitnya peraturan gempa SNI 1726-2019 terbaru yang telah disesuaikan dengan kondisi kegempaan di wilayah indonesia saat ini, serta kondisi wabah pandemi yang dapat mengakibatkan bertambahnya jumlah pasien atau beban hidup pada fasilitas kesehatan seperti gedung rumah sakit. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dilakukan evaluasi kekuatan struktur yang mendasari diperlukannya perkuatan struktur pada gedung rumah sakit ini berupa perkuatan Bresing Baja pada sistem struktur, dan perkuatan Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer pada elemen struktur. ==================================================================================================== The construction of a building at that time must refer to the regulations in effect at that time, especially in terms of structural planning. Structural strength must also be planned in accordance with the function of the building and the conditions of the loads that are simulated on the building. The development of applicable regulations also affects the evaluation of the strength of the structure, especially if it is affected by natural conditions such as earthquakes. Evaluation of the strength of the structure must be carried out in line with the increasing age of the existing buildings, if the results do not meet, it is necessary to strengthen the building structure. Hospital building in Surabaya use structural planning based on the old earthquake regulations SNI 1726-2012, so that the factor that underlies the need for evaluating Hospital Building in Surabaya is the issuance of the latest SNI 1726-2019 earthquake regulations which have been adjusted to the current earthquake conditions in Indonesia. this, as well as the condition of a pandemic outbreak which can result in an increase in the number of patients or the burden of living in health facilities such as hospital building. To overcome this, an evaluation of the structural strength that underlies the need for structural strengthening in the hospital building is carried out in the form of Steel Bracing in the structural system strengthening, and Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer on structural elements strengthening.
