Abstract

Beberapa dekade terakhir, energi menjadi perhatian penting di semua negara. Gaya hidup manusia di zaman modern memiliki hubungan yang sangat erat dengan kuantitas dan kualitas energi. Indonesia membutuhkan sumber energi yang dapat diperbaharui karena saat ini energi tidak dapat diperbaharui di Indonesia sudah mulai menipis seperti contohnya energi minyak bumi yang sering digunakan ketersediaannya mulai sedikit. Energi surya cocok diterapkan di wilayah Indonesia karena energi surya ramah lingkungan, dapat diperbarui, dan tidak membeli. Aplikasi dari energi surya dapat digunakan sebagai sumber listrik yang bisa digunakan untuk menggerakkan container crane yang terdapat di pelabuhan. Penggunaan energi terbarukan sebagai penggerak container crane sangat potensial untuk digunakan karena energi terbarukan menimbulkan emisi yang rendah. Hal tersebut mendukung pemerintah untuk menciptakan green port/pelabuhan ramah lingkungan di Indonesia. Untuk menunjang hal tersebut maka dibutuhkan kualitas tegangan yang bagusagar tidak terjadi kerusakan pada komponen listrik khususnya motor listrik sebagai komponen inti Container Crane. Tegangan jatuh atau drop voltage ialah suatu kondisi dimana jumlah tegangan yang disalurkan tidak sama dengan tegangan yang diterima persis penerimanya (beban listrik). Kondisi tersebut dapat membuat kualitas tegangan menjadi buruk dan mengakibatkan meningkatnya arus listrik. Pada penelitian kali ini dilakukan simulasi menggunakan perangkat lunak aliran daya untuk melakukan simulasi analisa aliran daya sehingga diketahui nilai tegangan jatuh pada tiap komponen. Jika nilai tegangan jatuh besarnya diatas standar IEC maka harus dilakukan perbaikan. Namun, pada penelitian kali ini tegangan jatuh pada motor-motor utama suplai PV masih dibawah standar IEC. Contohnya pada scenario motor hoist,tegangan jatuh sebesar 1,61%. Pada scenario motor gantry tegangan jatuh sebesar 0,17%. Pada scenario motor boom tegangan jatuh sebesar 0,43%, Dan pada scenario motor trolley tegangan jatuh sebesar 0,95%

In recent decades, energy has become an important concern in all countries. The lifestyle of humans in modern times has a very close relationship with the quantity and quality of energy. Indonesia needs a changeable energy source because currently irreversible energy in Indonesia has started to run low, for example, petroleum energy, which is often used by less. Solar energy is suitable to be applied in Indonesian territory because solar energy is environmentally friendly, can be upgraded, and does not buy. Applications of solar energy can be used as a source of electricity that can be used to drive container cranes at the port. The use of renewable energy as a driving force for containers is very potential because renewable energy causes low emissions. This supports the government to create a green port / environmentally friendly port in Indonesia. To support this, good voltage quality is needed so that there is no damage to the electrical components, especially the electric motor as the core component of the Container Crane. Voltage drop or voltage drop is a condition in which the amount of voltage supplied is not the same as the voltage received by the right receiver (electric load). These conditions can make the quality of the voltage bad and allow the electric current. In this research, a simulation was carried out using Load-Flow Software to simulate the power flow analysis so that the value of the drop stress on each component was known. If the voltage drop exceeds the IEC standard, repairs must be made. However, in this research, the voltage drop on the main motors of the PV supply is still IEC standard. For example in the motor hoist scenario, the voltage drop is 1.61%. In the gantry motor scenario, the voltage drop is 0.17%. In the boom motor scenario, the voltage drop is 0.43%, and in the motor trolley scenario the voltage drop is 0.95%
