Abstract

Salah satu faktor penting keberhasilan budidaya tanaman dengan sistem hidroponik adalah kepekatan larutan nutrisi yang digunakan. Kualitas nutrisi dan keadaan lingkungan yang sesuai untuk penyerapan optimal, akan sangat mempengaruhi. Pada penelitian telah dilakukan proses kontrol dengan metode Smith dan Sundaren. Dengan masing-masing memiliki nilai MAPE 3,64% dan 4,38%. Tuning PID juga dilakukan dengan metode SIMC dan IMC dengan hasil yang terbaik didapatkan pada Tuning IMC 2 PID, dengan karakteristik respon diantaranya Maximal Overshoot 0.5%, Settling Time 942s, Rise Time 195s, dan Error Steady State 0.006%. Pemodelan dengan disturbance berupa penguapan air dapat diatasi dengan baik oleh bentuk kontrol pengendalian PID IMC 2 PID dengan parameter kontrol diantaranya Kp 0.443, Ki 0.004, dan Kd 8.98.

One of the important factors for the success of plant cultivation with a hydroponic system is
the concentration of the nutrient solution used. The quality of nutrients and the appropriate
environmental conditions for optimal absorption will greatly affect. In this research, the
control process was carried out using the Smith and Sundaren method. With each having a
MAPE value of 3.64% and 4.38%. PID tuning was also performed using the SIMC and IMC
methods with the best results obtained in IMC 2 PID tuning, with response characteristics
including 0.5% Maximal Overshoot, 942s Settling Time, 195s Rise Time, and 0.006% Error
Steady State. Modeling with disturbance in the form of water evaporation can be handled
well by the control form of PID IMC 2 PID control with control parameters including Kp
0.443, Ki 0.004, and Kd 8.98.
