Abstract

CV. Wana Indo Raya untuk meningkatkan produktitas kerja memerlukan sistem kontrol level pada boiler yang digunakan untuk mengeringkan kayu sengon. Oleh sebab itu, dibuatlah sistem kontrol boiler berbasis PLC dan sistem monitoring berbasis AR (Augemented Reality). Perancangan APP (Application) berbasis AR memerlukan scanning ke objek target pada plant boiler yang ada. Pembuatan objek target memerlukan vuforia engine untuk mendapatkan fitur pengenalan. Pembuatan target dibagi menjadi dua yaitu melalui image target dan model target. APP kemudian dikembangkan menggunakan software unity engine dengan data boiler yang diakses melalui real-time database. Data dari PLC diakses melalui mikrokontroller yang kemudian akan dikirim melalui jaringan internet ke real-time database yang kemudian akan diakses oleh APP. Menggunakan gadget OS android dengan ukuran layar 6.6 inci didapatkan jarak maksimum dan minimum dari objek target berurut-turut sebesar 5 dan 1.12 kali dari tinggi horizontal objek target. Dari hasil analisa, luas area dan sudut pengambilan gambar mempengaruhi pengenalan image target. Oleh sebab itu, dikarenakan ukuran luas area boiler terukur sepanjang 200 cm ,maka tinggi horizontal maksimum yang digunakan sebagai image target adalah 178.57 cm.

CV. Wana Indo Raya to increase work productivity requires a level control system on the boiler that is used to dry sengon wood. Therefore, a boiler control system with PLC and monitoring system based on Augemented Reality or AR was created. Making AR-based APP requires scanning of the target object in the existing boiler plant. The target object is created using the vuforia engine to get recognition features. Object Target is divided into two, namely through the target image and the target model. APP was then developed using the unity engine software with boiler data accessed through a real-time database. Data from the PLC is accessed via a microcontroller which will then be sent via the internet network to a real-time database which will then be accessed by APP. Using the android OS gadget with a screen size of 6.6 inches, the maximum and minimum distances from the target object are 5 and 1.12 times the horizontal height of the target object, respectively. From the results of the analysis, the area and angle of the image affect the recognition of the target image. Therefore, because the size of the boiler area is 200 cm long, the maximum horizontal height used as the target image is 178.57 cm.
