Abstract

Gedung Apartemen Taman Sari Emerland yang terletak di kota Surabaya didesain menggunakan rangka penahan momen khusus (SRPMK) dengan dinding geser. Tugas akhir ini mencoba memberikan alternatif lain dalam metode perkuatan struktur Gedung Apartemen Taman Sari Emerland. Jenis perkuatan fluid viscous damper (FVD) dipilih karena dapat meningkatkan nilai redaman struktur dan diharapkan struktur dapat berperilaku lebih elastis. Gedung apartemen tamansari emerald dimodelkan dalam ETABS dengan menggunakan fluid viscous damper dan tanpa fluid viscous damper. fluid viscous damper yang digunakan adalah produk taylor devise dengan mengikutsertakan faktor modifikasi propertis sesuai ASCE7-16 dan manual desain. Dari hasil Analisa, fluid viscous damper ditempatkan pada sumbu lemah dan rangka luar bangunan. Pemasangan fluid viscous damper dari lantai 9 sampai lantai atap merupakan yang paling efektif dalam tugas akhir ini. Pemasangan fluid viscous damper, didapatkan kapasitas FVD pada lantai 9 dan 10 dengan kapasitas 3000 kN, , lantai 11 - 17 dengan kapasitas 1000 kN, lantai 18-25 dengan kapasitas 750 kN dan pada lantai 26-atap dengan kapasitas 500 kN. ============================================================================================================== Tamansari Emerald Apartment located in Surabaya city, uses special moment resisting frame and shear wall. The final project is trying to provide another alternative in retrofitting structure of Tamansari Emerald Apartment. Fluid viscous damper was chosen because it can increase the damping value of the structure and it is expected the structure behaves more elastically. Tamansari Emerald Apartment modeled by ETABS using a fluid viscous damper dan without fluid viscous damper. The fluid viscous damper used is a Taylor device product, including the property modification factor according to ASCE7-16 and the design manual. From the analysis result, all equipments are installed at the outer frames in the direction of the weak axis of the building. Installation of fluid viscous damper from P12 floor to 41th floor is the most effective in this final project. The equipments are selected each with a capacity of 3000 kN on the 9th floors and 10th floor, 1000 kN on the 11th to 17th floors, 750 kN on the 18th to 25 th floors, 500 kN on the 26th – top floors.
