Abstract

Virus Corona adalah sebuah keluarga virus yang ditemukan pada manusia dan hewan. Gejalanya yaitu demam, batuk, dan napas yang pendek. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) percaya bahwa pasien Virus Corona dapat mengalami gejala-gejala ini 2 hari sampai 14 hari setelah terpapar virusnya. Sejak mewabahnya virus corona di Indonesia, pemerintah melakukan antisipasi penyebaran virus Covid-19 dengan memasang thermo scanner atau alat pemeriksa suhu tubuh. Thermo scanner ini dipasang di berbagai tempat seperti bandara, stasiun, perkantoran, hingga pusat perbelanjaan. Saat ini, alat tersebut diandalkan sebagai pendeteksi dini seseorang terkena virus corona atau tidak. Suhu tubuh nor- mal manusia berada pada 36,5 � 37,2 drajat Celcius. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang alat pengukur suhu tubuh secara tak sentuh menggunakan inframerah yang dapat mengukur suhu tubuh manusia. Perancangan alat terdiri dari dua bagian yaitu perancangan perangkat keras (hardware) dan perancangan perang- kat lunak untuk program (software).

Corona virus is a family of viruses found in humans and animals. The symptoms are fever, cough, and shortness of breath. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) believes that CoronaVirus patients can experience these symptoms 2 days to 14 days after exposure to the virus. Since the outbreak of the corona virus in Indonesia, the government has anticipated the spread of the Covid-19 virus by installing a thermo scanner. This thermo scanner is installed in various places such as airports, stations, offices, to shopping centers. Currently, the tool is relied upon as an early detection of someone exposed to the corona virus or not. Normal human body temperature is at 36.5 - 37.2 degrees Celsius. The purpose of this research is to design a body temperature measuring device in a touchless way using infrared that can measure human body temperature. The design of the tool consists of two parts, namely the design of hardware (hardware) and the design of software for programs (software).
