Abstract

PT Industri Kereta Api (Persero) atau PT INKA adalah perusahaan manufaktur kereta api dan transportasi terintegrasi pertama di Asia Tenggara. PT INKA memiliki kontribusi yang cukup signifikan bagi perkembangan transportasi umum Indonesia. Salah satu kontribusi terbaru mereka adalah pembuatan Light Rail Transit (LRT) untuk wilayah Jabodebek yang dipesan oleh PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI). Salah satu Divisi PT INKA yang memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam proses pembuatannya adalah Divisi Product Planning and Control (PPC). Banyak ditemukan permasalahan pada Divisi PPC PT INKA ketika melakukan aktivitas operational dalam menyelesaikan pesanan tersebut. Risiko yang terjadi di dalamnya masih belum dikelola dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan identifikasi dan penetapan profil risiko Divisi PPC PT INKA berdasarkan proyek-proyek yang dilakukan di perusahaan. Dalam pengerjaan proyek yang bermacam macam, proses yang dilakukan serupa. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu rencana penanganan risiko yang komprehensif yang sesuai dengan itu, dan dilengkapi dengan Dashboard Profil Risiko yang tepat untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang lebih baik tentang kondisi yang dihadapi PT INKA. Kajian ini akan difokuskan pada penentuan respon risiko yang komprehensif untuk setiap risiko operasional Divisi PPC PT INKA yang teridentifikasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa didapatkan 114 jenis risiko dan 216 jenis risiko penyebab dan dampak ditemukan kombinasi 18,98% risiko ekstrim, 27,78% risiko tinggi, 31,48% risiko sedang, dan 21,76% risiko rendah. kategori. Respon mitigasi dilakukan untuk 110 kombinasi risiko dan respon accept untuk 106 risiko. Dashboard Profil Risiko dibuat untuk menampilkan representasi dari likelihood, severity, kategori tingkat risiko, proporsi kategori respon risiko dan beberapa data pelengkap lainnya.

PT Industri Kereta Api (Persero) or PT INKA is the first integrated railroad and transportation manufacturing company in South East Asia. They contribute for the development of Indonesia public transportation significantly. One of their most recent contribution is by manufacturing Light Rail Transit (LRT) for Jabodebek area which ordered by PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI). One of PT INKA Division that contributes significantly in its manufacturing process is their Product Planning and Control (PPC) Division. The problem arises as PT INKA PPC Division doing their routine operational activities to finished this order, it is found out that risks that are implied to them are still not managed properly. Hence, there is a need to identify and determine risk profile of PT INKA PPC Division based on the projects that are done in the company. Even though PT. INKA do different projects, the processes done are similar. Therefore, it is needed to make a comprehensive risk response plan in accordance with it, and complemented with proper Risk Profile Dashboard to get a better picture of the condition PT INKA faced. This study will be focused on determining comprehensive risk response for each identified operational risks of PT INKA PPC Division. Its result shows that based on the risk analysis, 114 types of risk were obtained and 216 risk cause and impact combination found in which 18.98% are extreme risk, 27.78 % are high risk, 31.48 % are moderate risk, and 21.76 % are low risk categories. Mitigation response are done for 110 risks combination and accept response for 106 risks. Risk Profile Dashboard are made to display the representation of the likelihood, severity, risk level categories, risk response categories proportion.
