Abstract

Penyusunan Proyek Akhir ini menggunakan data Gedung Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Kampus Universitas Negeri Malang yang berlokasi di Jl. Semarang No.05, Malang. Namun pada proyek akhir ini, gedung direncanakan di Jl. Syarifuddin Yoes, Sepinggan, Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur dengan kategori desain seismik A. Bangunan direncanakan memiliki 7 lantai dengan atap dak beton menggunakan metode Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Biasa (SRPMB). Beton pracetak digunakan pada elemen pelat, balok dan tangga. Sedangkan pada kolom menggunakan beton dengan cor di tempat. Sambungan elemen pracetak menggunakan sambungan basah dan kering. Sambungan basah berupa pengecoran overtopping. Sambungan kering berupa penggunaan tulangan yang diangkurkan pada ujung balok dan penggunaan pelat baja yang ditanam dan disambung pada konsol pendek. Perhitungan gempa yang dilakukan pada proyek akhir ini mengacu pada SNI terbaru, yaitu SNI 1726:2019. ===================================================================================================== This applied final project is written based on data from the Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Kampus Universitas Negeri Malang Building located on Jl. Semarang No.05, Malang. However, in this final project, this hospital will be built in Syarifuddin Yoes street, Sepinggan, Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur with seismic design kategory A. The hospital is planned to have seven floor with roof concrete using ordinary moment frame (OMF) system. Precast concrete used at slab, beam and stair. Coloumn using conventional method. The connection precast concrete using wet and dry connection. Wet connection is using overtopping. The dry connection is using reinforcement are anchored at the end of the beam using steel plates are planted and on corbel. Calculations carried out in this applied final project refer to SNI 1726:2019.
