Abstract

Pengujian daya dukung fondasi bored pile pada gedung MTH 27 Office Suites menggunakan pengujian Static Loading Test (SLT) yang terdiri dari 2 titik fondasi berbeda. Dari kedua titik fondasi bored pile yang diuji, Titik Pengujian 2 (TP-2) mengalami penurunan sebesar 37,16 mm. Dimana penurunan tersebut melebihi penurunan yang disyaratkan pada ASTM D1143/81. Evaluasi lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk mengetahui kapasitas dukung fondasi baik dari keamanan terhadap penurunan serta keamanan terhadap daya dukungnya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menghitung beban fondasi pada struktur gedung MTH 27, mengevaluasi kapasitas fondasi terhadap beban struktur gedung MTH 27, menghitung distribusi penurunan pada setiap titik kolom dan fondasi struktur gedung MTH 27 serta mendesain dimensi dan penulangan pondasi apabila diperlukan pendesainan ulang.
Penelitian ini menggunakan program bantu ETABS untuk mendapatkan output gaya pada masing-masing pile serta output gaya pada dasar kolom. Hasil output gaya pada masing-masing pile dibandingkan dengan nilai settlement/load hasil dari pengujian SLT sehingga didapatkan nilai penurunan pada setiap pile-nya. Sedangkan untuk output gaya pada dasar kolom digunakan untuk mengetahui persebaran gaya aksial pile dalam satu kesatuan pilecap. Kedua output tersebut kemudian dibandingkan dengan SNI 8460:2017 Tentang Persyaratan Perancangan Geoteknik.
Hasil yang didapatkan dari analisis yang telah dilakukan, untuk tinjauan akibat penurunan segera (immediate settlement) didapatkan penurunan maksimum sebesar 21 mm, sedangkan untuk penurunan jangka panjang (long term settlement) tidak dianalisis karena N-SPT sudah berada dalam tanah keras. Hasil penurunan segera, memenuhi syarat yaitu kurang dari 150 mm. Untuk hasil analisis tinjauan dari daya dukungnya, didapatkan hanya 3 kelompok tiang yang dinyatakan aman (SF > 2,5). Untuk persebaran gaya antara raft foundation dan pile didapatkan bahwa raft foundation menahan gaya sebesar 1% dan untuk fondasi pile menahan gaya sebesar 99%, dimana hal tersebut sudah memenuhi syarat karena fondasi raft hanya boleh menahan gaya maksimal 25%. Hasil peninjauan terhadap gaya lateral dinyatakan aman, baik terhadap deformasi lateral serta terhadap momen crack.

Testing bearing capacity of bored pile foundation in MTH 27 Office Suites using two different loading tests. As those tests, test pile two (TP 2) has settled about 37,16 mm. This settlement is more than it should from ASTM D1143/81. More evaluation is needed to acknowledge the bearing capacity both from foundation settlement and the foundation bearing capacity itself. This research is aiming to calculate the foundation load from MTH 27 building, evaluate the foundation bearing capacity, calculate settlement distribution for each column, and pile in MTH 27 building, and redesign the dimension and the reinforcement for each foundation if the redesign foundation is needed.
This study uses the ETABS program to get the force output on each pile and the force output at the base of the column. The result of the force output on each pile is compared with the settlement/load value from the SLT test so that the reduction value is obtained for each pile. Meanwhile, the force output at the base of the column is used to determine the axial force distribution of the pile in a single pilecap unit. The two outputs are then compared with SNI 8460: 2017 concerning Geotechnical Design Requirements.
The results obtained from the analysis that has been carried out, for a review of the effect of immediate settlement, a maximum decrease of 21 mm was obtained. The long-term settlement was not be analyzed because the N-SPT was already in hard soil. Immediate settlement results have met the requirements of less than 150 mm. For the results of the review analysis of the bearing capacity, only 3 groups of piles were declared safe (SF> 2.5). For the distribution of force between the raft foundation and the pile, it is found that the raft foundation can withstand a force of 1% and for the pile foundation it can withstand a force of 99%, which is already fulfilling the requirements because the raft foundation can only withstand a maximum force of 25%. The results of the review of the lateral force are safe, both against lateral deformation and against the crack moment.
