Abstract

The MPC-1 gas turbine trip (shutdown) event contained on the Whell Head Platform of PT. Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited resulted in disruption of production at the company. Increased vibration value on 12/29/19 14:53:00 is an indication that caused the turbine to trip. The movement of the increase in the vibration value towards a high indication that is not detected far before is something that is not normal, while it is known that the gas turbine damage is caused by two categories, namely due to decreased aerodynamic performance (in the gas line) and caused by a decrease in the performance of mechanical activity which is indicated by an increase vibration. Therefore, a deeper diagnosis is carried out using the KMeans method to find the natural structure of the gas turbine data on observations 01/05/19 00:00:01 to 12/29/19 14:53:00. Furthermore, the gas turbine data structure is carried out by vibration analysis and gas path analysis in order to obtain the mode of damage that occurs. With the SSE evaluation results value of 49157, 51, ∆SSE 25086, 26 and the results from the Elbow Scoring K-Means diagram, it was successful to get the natural structure of the gas turbine data by dividing it into 5 clusters. Based on the ISO 7919 vibration analysis, it was found that the vibration conditions in the 5 clusters were indicated as normal in zone A and zone B. Meanwhile, in the gas line analysis, there was an indication of a decrease in the performance of the compressor. So that the mode of damage occurs due to decreased performance in aerodynamic activities.

Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited mengakibatkan terganggunya produksi pada perusahaan.
Peningkatan nilai getaran pada 12/29/19 14:53:00 adalah indikasi yang mengakibatkan trip
pada turbin. Pergerakan naiknya nilai getaran menuju indikasi yang tinggi tidak terdeteksi
jauh sebelumnya menjadi sesuatu yang tidak wajar, sedangkan diketahui bahwa kerusakan
turbin gas disebabkan oleh dua kategori, yaitu disebabkan menurunnya performa
aerodinamis (pada jalur gas) dan disebabkan oleh penurunan performa aktivitas mekanik
yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya getaran. Oleh karena itu dilakukan diagnosis lebih
dalam menggunakan metode K - Means untuk mencari struktur alami data turbin gas pada
pengamatan 01/05/19 00:00:01 hingga 12/29/19 14:53:00. Selanjutnya struktur data turbin
gas dilakukan analisa getaran dan analisa jalur gas guna mendapatkan modus kerusakan yang
terjadi. Dengan nilai hasil evaluasi SSE sebesar 49157, 51, ∆SSE 25086, 26 serta hasil dari
diagram Elbow Scoring, K-Means berhasil mendapatkan sruktur alami data Turbin gas
dengan membaginya menjadi 5 cluster. Berdasarkan analisa getaran ISO 7919, didapatkan
keadaan getaran pada ke- 5 cluster terindikasi normal pada zona “A” dan zona “B”.
Sedangkan sedangkan pada analisa jalur gas, terindikasi terjadi penurunan kinerja pada
kompresor. Sehingga didapatkan modus kerusakan terjadi akibat penurunan kinerja pada
aktivitas aerodinamis.
