Abstract

Model Balanced Scorecard (BSC) adalah model pengukuran kinerja dan strategis yang terkenal diterapkan diberbagai perusahaan bisnis dan industri. Beberapa penelitian sebelumnya diterapkan pada model BSC untuk perusahaan pengelolaan air industri untuk mengevaluasi, memantau, dan mengendalikan strategi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan model BSC untuk perusahaan pengelola air industri di salah satu perusahaan pengelola air di Indonesia. Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), scoring system, dan traffic light system juga digunakan untuk mengembangkan model BSC untuk perusahaan kasus. Dalam penelitian ini, pelanggan adalah perspektif yang penting. Perspektif kepuasan pelanggan yang meningkat dan produktivitas yang optimal adalah tujuan strategis yang ditekankan oleh perusahaan di penelitian ini. Pengukuran kinerja juga dilakukan berdasarkan target yang telah ditetapkan dan hasil yang dicapai perusahaan. Ditemukan 10 KPI yang kinerjanya kurang baik, seperti peningkatan penjualan O&M, target pelanggan per area, dan lain-lain. Rekomendasi program perbaikan untuk peningkatan kinerja beberapa KPI yang kinerjanya kurang baik, seperti peningkatan kolaborasi, event marketing, dan program rewarding juga ditulis dalam kesimpulan ini.

The balanced scorecard (BSC) model is a famous performance and strategic measurement model applied in various business and industries companies. A few previous research are applied to the BSC model for industrial water management companies to evaluate, monitor, and control their strategic company. This research aims to apply the BSC model for Industrial water management companies in one Indonesian water management company. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, scoring system, and traffic light system also are used to develop BSC model for the case company. In this research, the customer is the type of perspective that is important. The increasing customer satisfaction perspective and optimizing productivity are the strategic objectives that the case study company emphasizes. Essential performance measurement is also carried out based on the targets that have been set and the results achieved by the company. It was found that there were 10 KPIs that had poor performance, such as O&M Sales increased, target customers per area, and others. The recommendations of improvement programs to increasing performance of several KPIs that had poor performance, such as increasing collaboration, event marketing, and rewarding program, are also written in this conclusion.
