Abstract

PPSDM Migas merupakan tempat pengolahan minyak mentah atau crude oil. Perancangan pompa sentrifugal ini dilakukan untuk menyalurkan produk naptha untuk diproses pada kolom fraksinasi sehingga didapatkan hasil produk. Kebutuhan fluida yang dibutuhkan dalam proses pemompaan dengan kapasitas 8,7 m3/h. Proses perawatan mechanical seal merupakan hal yang sering mengalami kerusakan sehingga mengakibatkan proses produksi menurun. Pada proyek instalasi dan pemilihan pompa yang akurat sesuai dengan data yang ada serta survey lapangan. Analisa yang dilakukan meliputi total head pompa, daya pompa, pemilihan jenis impeller, serta diameter pipa yang digunakan, juga melakukan prosedur pemeliharan pompa refluks pada bagian mechanical seal. Dari perhitungan Tugas Akhir ini didapatkan Heff sebesar 31,653 m, Daya poros 1,22 kW, Daya motor sebesar 2,6 kW, efisiensi sebesar 45%, dan NPSHA sebesar 3,65 m serta dari perhitungan tersebut maka didapatkan pemilihan pompa sentrifugal dengan merk ALLWEILER dengan model NT 25-200 memenuhi atau dapat digunakan untuk proses instalasi tersebut. ===================================================================================================== PPSDM Migas is a processing place for crude oil or crude oil. From the calculation of this Final Task obtained Heff of 31,653 m, Shaft power of 1.22 kW, Motor power of 2.6 kW, efficiency of 45%, and NPSHA of 3.65 m and from the calculation, the selection of centrifugal pumps with the brand ALLWEILER with NT 25-200 models meet or can be used for the installation process.
