Abstract

Tanah yang berada di pertambangan minyak bumi rakyat Wonocolo, Bojonegoro memiliki kandungan Total Petroleum Hydrocarbon (TPH) melebihi baku mutu yang ditetapkan oleh Kepmen LH No.128 tahun 2003 yaitu sebesar 1%. Mengetahui kandungan TPH pada ke 4 sampel tanah penyulingan adalah penyulingan 1 sebesar 11,2 %, penyulingan 2 sebesar 9,98 % penyulingan 3 sebesar 13,12%, dan penyulingan 4 sebesar 9,32 %. Kondisi tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa tanah yang berada di pertambangan minyak bumi rakyat Wonocolo, Bojonegoro mengalami pencemaran oleh hidrokarbon akibat dari kegiatan pertambangan minyak bumi yang dilakukan secara tradisional.
Teknologi yang digunakan untuk mengatasi pencemaran TPH pada perencanaan ini terhadap tanah di pertambangan minyak bumi rakyat Wonocolo, Bojonegoro adalah alat soil washing. Teknologi soil washing dipilih karena memiliki kemampuan untuk melakukan pengolahan terhadap tanah yang tercemar crude oil dengan beban pengolahan yang besar serta waktu yang cepat. Cara yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan desain alat soil washing yang paling efektif serta efisien dalam melakukan pengolahan adalah dengan cara mencari kriteria desain alat soil washing dari literatur atau penelitian terdahulu seperti larutan pencuci, konsentrasi larutan pencuci, rasio solid/liquid, kecepatan putaran alat, dan Lama waktu putaran alat yang memiliki persentase removal terhadap TPH paling efisien, kemudian akan dilakukan scale up untuk mendapatkan dimensi alat soil washing.
Hasil dari perencanaan ini adalah berupa desain alat soil washing yang mampu melakukan removal TPH sebesar 42,5 % - 66,43% pada tanah tercemar crude oil sebanyak 100 kg dalam 1x proses pencucian tanah beserta Standard Operasional Procedure (SOP) mengenai pengoperasian dan pemeliharaan alat soil washing. Biaya yang diperlukan untuk membuat alat soil washing ini secara keseluruhan yaitu sebesar Rp. 227.332.359. Removal TPH yang dapat dilakukan oleh alat soil washing ini tentunya akan memiliki pengaruh atau dapat digunakan untuk meringankan beban dari pengolahan yang akan dilakukan selanjutnya.

This condition indicates that the land located in the people's petroleum mining of Wonocolo, Bojonegoro is polluted by hydrocarbons as aresult of traditional petroleum mining activities.
The technology used to deal with TPH pollution in this plan on the land in the people's petroleum mine in Wonocolo, Bojonegoro is a soil washing tool. Soil washing technology was chosen because it has the abilityto process soil contaminated with crude oil with a large processing load and fast time. The method used to obtain the design for the most effective and efficient soil washing device in carrying out processing is by looking for soil washing device design criteria from literature or previous research such as washing solution, washing solution concentration, solid / liquid ratio, tool rotation speed, and The rotation time of the tool that has the most efficient percentage of TPH removal, then a scale up will be carried out to get the dimensions of the soil washing tool.
The results of this plan are in the form of a soil washing device design capable of removing 42.5% - 66.43% of TPH on 100 kg crude oil contaminated soil in 1x soil washing process along with Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) regarding the operation and maintenance of the equipment soil washing. The cost needed to make this soil washing tool as awhole is Rp. 227.332.359. Removal of TPH that can be done by the soil washing tool will certainly have an effect or can be used to ease the burden of the processing that will be carried out next.
