Abstract

Dalam usaha untuk mewujudkan swasembada pangan di Indonesia, perlu ditunjang oleh sektor lain yang mendukung sektor pertanian, antara lain industri pupuk. Pupuk NPK sangat banyak digunakan dalam sektor perkebunan karena memiliki banyak kelebihan dibanding pupuk lainnya, antara lain harga murah, praktis, dan komposisi yang bisa disesuaikan. Pada pra desain pabrik ini kami akan mendesain pabrik pupuk NPK baru yang mempunyai kapasitas cukup besar untuk menutup defisit yang terjadi. Dipilih Metode Mixed Acid Route karena memiliki banyak keuntungan, yaitu kapasitas produksi jumlah besar dengan berbagai macam grade pupuk, produk lebih seragam, dan dapat terus beroperasi secara kontinyu. Konfigurasi proses pembuatan pupuk NPK adalah sebagai berikut, Tahap persiapan bahan baku, tahap netralisasi dan granulasi, tahap pengeringan, tahan pengayakan, tahap pendinginan dan tahap pelapisan produk. Target kapasitas produksi pupuk NPK kami adalah 500.000 ton/tahun. Sumber dana investasi pabrik ini berasal dari modal sendiri sebesar 30% biaya investasi dan pinjaman jangka pendek sebesar 70% biaya investasi dengan bunga sebesar 9,95% per tahun. Dari analisa perhitungan ekonomi didapat hasil-hasil sebagai berikut, dimana nilai Investasi: 446.251.197.675 IDR, Internal Rate of Return: 27,5 %, Pay Out Time: 3,59 Tahun, Break Even Point: 49,69%, dan NPV: 610.932.852.290,76 IDR.

In an effort to realize food self-sufficiency in Indonesia, it needs to be supported by other sectors that support the agricultural sector, including the fertilizer industry. NPK fertilizer is very widely used in the plantation sector because it has many advantages over other fertilizers, including low prices, practical, and adjustable composition. In the pre-design of this plant we will design a new plant that has a large enough capacity to close the deficit that occurred. Selected mixed acid route method because it has many advantages than bulk blending and nitrophosphate route. The configuration of npk fertilizer manufacturing process is as follows, Raw material preparation stage, neutralization and granulation stage, drying stage, sifting resistance, cooling stage and product coating stage. Our target npk fertilizer production capacity is 500.000 ton/year. The source of the plant's investment funds comes from its own capital of 30% investment costs and short-term loans of 70% investment costs with interest of 9,95% per an an ounce. From the analysis of economic calculations obtained the following results, where the value of Investment: 446.251.197.675 IDR, Internal Rate of Return: 27,5 %, Pay Out Time: 3,59 Years, Break Even Point: 49,69%, and NPV: 610.932.852.290,76 IDR.
