Abstract
Pengukuran kinerja adalah proses pengumpulan dan analisa informasi terkait kinerja individu, kelompok, atau organisasi. Pengukuran kinerja sangatlah membantu bagi perusahaan untuk mengetahui kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Untuk mengetahui dibagian manakah kekurangan operasi rantai pasok PT JKL, perlu dilakukan pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok. Pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok dapat dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan SCOR model. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja rantai pasok dengan memanfaatkan model SCOR. Penelitian ini akan menerapkan pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok SCOR pada perusahaan pengolahan bungkil kopra, yaitu PT JKL. Akan dilakukan proses pemetaan bisnis yang sesuai dengan model SCOR, lalu akan dilanjutkan dengan pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok. Metric yang akan digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja rantai pasok PT JKL akan berfokus pada SCOR Performance Measurement Level 1 dan 2. Dari pemetaan proses bisnis yang ada pada PT JKL ditemukan sembilan metrik Level-1 SCOR Performance yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan. Kinerja reliability menunjukkan tingkat 100% selama tiga tahun pengukuran. Kinerja responsiveness ditemukan memiliki tren waktu pemenuhan pesanan yang semakin panjang. Kinerja agility memiliki nilai yang sama selama tiga tahun pengukuran. Terdapat fluktiasi nilai pada kinerja cost. Kinerja asset management menunjukkan perusahaan semakin efisien dalam pengelolaan keuangan namun masih dalam keadaan merugi. Dari hasil pengukuran kinerja periode 2018-2020, PT JKL telah mencapai target strategis rantai pasok perusahaan namun ada aspek-aspek yang masih perlu diperbaiki secara komprehensif pada sisi internal perusahaan.

Performance measurement is the process of collecting and analyzing information related to the performance of individuals, groups, or organizations. Performance measurement is very helpful for companies to determine the performance of the company's supply chain in achieving organizational goals. To find out where PT JKL's supply chain operations lack, it is necessary to measure supply chain performance. Supply chain performance measurement can be done by using the SCOR model. This study aims to measure supply chain performance by utilizing the SCOR model. This study will apply the SCOR supply chain performance measurement to a copra meal processing company, namely PT JKL. A business mapping process will be carried out in accordance with the SCOR model, then it will be continued with supply chain performance measurement. The metrics that will be used to measure PT JKL's supply chain performance will focus on SCOR Performance Measurement Level 1 and 2. From the mapping of existing business processes at PT JKL, nine Level-1 SCOR Performance metrics are found that can be used to measure the company's supply chain performance. Reliability shows a level of 100% over the three years of measurement. Responsiveness was found to have a trend of longer order fulfillment time. Agility has the same value over the three years of measurement. There is some fluctuation in Cost due to macro-level condition. Asset management shows that the company is more efficient in financial management but is still in a loss. From the results of performance measurement for the 2018-2020 period, PT JKL has achieved the company's supply chain strategic targets. However, there are some aspects that still need to be improved on specifically on the company's internal-facing side.
