Abstract

Pemodelan tiga dimensi saat ini telah digunakan dalam visualisasi untuk mengetahui kondisi lingkungan yang nyata terutama dalam bentuk pengenalan bangunan arsitektural. Pembentukan model tiga dimensi bisa menggunakan Kamera 360º. Metode yang digunakan pada pembentukan model tiga dimensi dengan foto 360º adalah metode fotogrametri terestrial, dimana metode ini dapat digunakan pada bangunan arsitektural yang memerlukan koordinat lokal dalam pembentukannya. Kondisi Coplanarity digunakan dalam proses pembentukan model tiga dimensi, dimana satu foto digunakan sebagai acuan dalam proses overlapping antar foto sehingga membentuk model tiga dimensi. Model yang dihasilkan dari foto 360º berupa data TIN yang tersusun dari jaring-jaring segitiga sehingga data ini saling terhubung dan membentuk model tiga dimensi dengan metode Polyhedral. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan nilai RMSE keliling berkisar antara 0,013 – 0,181 meter, dan nilai RMSE yang dihasilkan dari tinggi model berkisar 0,004 – 0,113 meter pada 10 model ruangan yang telah dibuat. Berdasarkan nilai ketelitian tersebut dapat diketahui model yang dihasilkan memenuhi syarat ketelitian LOD 4 hanya saja untuk masuk dalam kelas LOD 4 belum dapat dipastikan dikarenakan beberapa syarat belum terpenuhi. Pembentukan BIM dilakukan menggunakan dua data berupa data as-built sebagai data dasar pembentukan model tiga dimensi dan data model tiga dimensi foto 360º sebagai data informasi dalam peletakan objek didalam ruangan (Indoor). Ketelitian LOD BIM yang dihasilkan hanya memenuhi ketelitian LOD 300 dimana model telah menampilkan posisi dan ukuran yang akurat dengan objek yang telah ada dilapangan, sehingga diharapkan data ini dapat dikoreksi kembali dan menjadi bahan updating untuk kedepannya mengenai perubahan yang terjadi pada bangunan. Three-dimensional models can be created using a 360º camera. The method used in the formation of three-dimensional models with 360 photos is the terrestrial photogrammetric method, where this method can be used in architectural buildings that require local coordinates in their formation. Coplanarity conditions are used in the process of forming a three-dimensional model, where one photo is used as an overlapping process between photos to create a three-dimensional model. The model generated from the 360 photo is in the form of TIN data which is composed of triangular nets so that this data is interconnected to create a three-dimensional model using the Polyhedral method. From this study, it was found that the RMSE value of the circumference ranged from 0.013 - 0.181 meters, and the RMSE value generated from the model height ranged from 0.004 - 0.113 meters in the 10 room models that have been made. Based on the accuracy value, it can be seen that the resulting model meets the LOD 4 accuracy requirements to enter the LOD 4 class and can be ascertained because only some conditions have not been met. BIM is carried out using two data in the form of as-built data as the basic data for the formation of three-dimensional models and three-dimensional data models of 360 photos as information data in placing objects in the room (Indoor). The accuracy of the LOD BIM produced only meets the accuracy of LOD 300 where the model has displayed and measured accurately with objects that already exist in the field, so it is hoped that this data can be corrected and become material for updating in the future regarding changes that occur in buildings.
