Abstract

Ruang operasi rumah sakit wiyung sejahtera memiliki beban pendinginan sebesar 6338,9 Watt dan memiliki mesin pendingin berkapasitas 28.000 watt yang disuplai melalui 4 bukaan yang terletak di langit-langit ruang operasi serta dikeluarkan melalui 1 unit exhaust pasa salah satu dinding dengan luasan 0,23 m2. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi, ditemukan bahwa kondisi aktual ruang operasi belum memenuhi kondisi kenyamanan termal karena suhu rata-rata ruangan adalah 25,86 oC yang berada diluar standar yaitu 19 – 24 oC. Meskipun kecepatan udara rata-rata pada kondisi actual sudah memenuhi standar, namun masih terdapat kecepatan udara mengenai tubuh petugas melebihi 0,45 m/s yang menurut beberapa studi menciptakan kondisi tidak nyaman. Maka dilanjutkan perancangan menggunakan CFD dengan variasi ACH dan lokasi supply air serta exhaust air dan ditemukan variasi 7 adalah variasi terbaik dengan suhu dan kecepatan rata-rata 23 oC dan 0,14 m/s serta tidak terdapat kecepatan udara yang mengenai tubuh petugas melebihi 0,45 m/s. ===================================================================================================== Wiyung Sejahtera Hospital Operating Room has cooling load of 6338.9 Watts with cooling capacity of 28000 Watt which is supplied through 4 supply air on the ceiling of operating room and is discharged through 1 exhaust unit on the wall with an area of 0.23 m2. Based on simulation result, it was found that the actual condition of the operating room did not meet thermal comfort condition, it cause average temperature of the room was 25.86 which was outside the standard of 19 – 24 oC. Although the average velocity in actual condition has met the standard, there are still velocity on the surgical staff’s bodies exceeding 0.45 m/s which according to several studies create uncomfortable condition. Then, continued the design using CFD with variations of ACH and the location of supply air and exhaust air, we found that variation 7 is the best variation with an average temperature and velocity of 23 oC and 0.14 m/s and there is no air velocity that hits the surgical staff’s body more than 0.45 m/s.
