Abstract

Provinsi Bali merupakan provinsi mengalami pertumbuhan penduduk dan ekonomi yang cukup pesat, untuk itu kebutuhan akan fasilitas kegiatan ekonomi juga semakin meningkat. Untuk menjawab kebutuhan tersebut Bank Mandiri memodifikasi gedung yang berlokasi di Jl. Surapati No.15 – 17, Denpasar, Bali menjadi gedung setinggi tiga lantai dengan dua lantai basement.
Pada tugas akhir ini, dilakukan evaluasi terhadap perencanaan eksisting terlebih dahulu kemudian dilanjutkan dengan melakukan alternatif perencanaan untuk mengetahui perencanaan mana yang aman dan efisien. Pada perencanaan pondasi eksisting direncanakan bored pile dengan diameter 0,8 meter. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan melakukan kontrol daya dukung dan kontrol lateral. Berdasarkan evaluasi perencanaan eksisting didapatkan 2 titik pile yang tidak memenuhi terhadap kontrol lateral. Adapun biaya material untuk perencanaan pondasi eksisting sebesar Rp3.947.367.110. Selanjutnya sebagai alternatif perencanaan pondasi direncanakan pondasi tikar dengan tebal pondasi sebesar tiga meter. Berdasarkan perhitungan daya dukung pondasi dangkal, didapati daya dukung tanah mampu menahan beban bangunan diatasnya. Adapun biaya material untuk perencanaan pondasi tikar sebesar Rp22.129.338.358
Kemudian, evaluasi dilakukan pada perencanaan contiguous bored pile sebagai struktur perencanaan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, diketahui bahwa struktur penahan pada area luar STP tidak mampu menahan momen akibat beban tanah dan tidak memenuhi syarat defleksi. Selain itu, pada area STP diketahui bahwa struktur penahan tidak memenuhi syarat kedalaman penurapan sehingga berpotensi mengalami kegagalan akibat heave. Adapun biaya material untuk contiguous bored pile adalah sebesar Rp4.467.342.346. Setelah itu dilakukan alternatif perencanaan struktur penahan tanah berupa diaphragm wall dengan ketebalan dinding sebesar 0,6 meter dan dilengkapi oleh strut baja yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi momen dan defleksi yang diterima struktur penahan tanah. Biaya material perencanaan diaphragm wall sebesar Rp3.371.325.886

ABSTRACT
Bali Province is a province that experiencing rapid population and economic growth, therefore the need for facilities for economic activities is also increasing. To answer this need, Bank Mandiri modified the building located on Jl. Surapati No.15 – 17, Denpasar, Bali to a three-story building with two basement floors.
In this final project, an evaluation of the existing plan is carried out first and then followed by alternative planning to find out which planning is safe and efficient. In planning the existing foundation, bored pile is planned with a diameter of 0.8 meters. Evaluation is done by controlling the bearing capacity and lateral control. Based on the evaluation of the existing plan, there were 2 pile points that did not meet the lateral control. The material cost for planning the existing foundation is Rp.3.947.367.110. Furthermore, as an alternative to planning the foundation, a mat foundation with a foundation thickness of three meters is planned. Based on the calculation of the bearing capacity of the shallow foundation, it was found that the bearing capacity of the soil was able to withstand the load of the building on it. The material cost for the design of the mat foundation is Rp22.129.338.358.


Then, the evaluation is carried out on the contiguous bored pile planning as a planning structure. Based on the calculation results, it is known that the retaining structure in the outer area of the STP is not able to withstand the moment due to soil loads and does not meet the deflection requirements. In addition, in the STP area, it is known that the retaining structure does not meet the requirements for the depth of deposition so that it has the potential to fail due to heave. The material cost for contiguous bored pile is Rp4.467.342.346. After that, an alternative design for retaining structures is carried out in the form of a diaphragm wall with a wall thickness of 0.6 meters and equipped with steel struts which aims to reduce the moments and deflections received by the retaining structure. The diaphragm wall design material cost is Rp3.371.325.886
