Abstract

Pada pelaksanaan proyek, di butuhkan penjadwalan proyek yang baik agar proses pengerjaannya dapat berjalan sesuai rencana dan meminimalisir keterlambatan yang mungkin terjadi. Metode penjadwalan yang paling sering di terapkan adalah Critical Path Method (CPM), Selanjutnya akan di bandingkan dengan metode Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) dimana metode ini adalah pengembangan dari Critical Path Method (CPM). Konsep kerja dari metode ini ialah dengan menggunakan buffer management, dimana setiap kegiatan didalamnya tidak dimasukan safety time atau waktu aman tetapi menggantinya dengan buffer time atau waktu cadangan. . Pada tugas akhir ini dilakukan perbandingan durasi kegiatan, network planning, maupun biaya kegaiatan pada penerapan metode CCPM dengan metode CPM pada proyek Hull Construction Kapal Harbout Tug 3200 HP. Penjadwalan awal proyek menggunakan metode tradisional yang kemudian di- breakdown lebih detail dan dievaluasi dengan bantuan software Microsoft Project lengkap dengan hubungan antar aktivitasnya ke dalam bentuk CPM, dan kemudian akan dibandingkan dengan durasi hasil dari penjadwalan CCPM yang telah menghilangkan Safety time pada tiap aktivitas dan memberi buffer dalam pengerjaannya. Berdasarkan hasil analisa, bahwa durasi CCPM lebih cepat 9 hari dibandingkan dengan CPM dengan penghematan biaya kegiatan sebesar Rp 1.020.247.800

In the implementation of the project, it is necessary to schedule a good project so that the process can run as planned and minimize the delays that may occur. The most frequently applied scheduling method is Critical Path Method (CPM), next it will be compared with critical chain project management (CCPM) method where this method is the development of Critical Path Method (CPM). The working concept of this method is to use buffer managemen,where each activity in it is not included safety time or safe time but replace it with buffer time or backup time. . In this final task, a comparison of the duration of activities, network planning,and the cost of the implementation of CCPM method with CPM method on Hull Construction Harbour Tug 3200 HP project was conducted. The initial scheduling of a project uses traditional methods that are then breakdown in more detail and evaluated with the help of Microsoft Project software complete with the relationship between activities into the form of CPM, and will then be compared to the duration of the results of ccpm scheduling that has eliminated safety time on each activity and buffered in the workmanship. Based on the results of the analysis, that the duration of CCPM is faster 9 days compared to CPM with activity cost savings of Rp 1,020,247,800
