Abstract

Tanpa Sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang berkompeten dan berkinerja tinggi suatu perusahaan tidak akan dapat menghasilkan laba atau menambah nilainya sendiri. Salah satu aspek yang berpengaruh dalam memaksimalkan kinerja karyawan adalah aspek psikologis dari karyawan, diantaranya adalah motivasi intrinsik, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi intrinsik dan kepuasan kerja karyawan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior menggunakan structural equation modelling (SEM), sehingga perusahaan dapat memaksimalkan kinerja karyawan melalui tiga aspek psikologis yang telah disebutkan. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dari hasil survey secara langsung kepada karyawan di PT X sebanyak 51 karyawan. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil bahwa semakin tinggi motivasi intrinsik yang dimiliki karyawan, maka semakin besar pula pengaruh yang diberikan terhadap rasa puas karyawan pada pekerjaannya dengan pengaruh sebesar 72%. Semakin tinggi motivasi intrinsik yang dimiliki karyawan, maka semakin besar pula pengaruh yang diberikan terhadap perilaku OCB karyawan sebesar 31%. Semakin tinggi rasa puas yang dirasakan karyawan terhadap pekerjaannya, maka semakin besar pula pengaruh yang diberikan terhadap perilaku OCB karyawan sebesar 69%.

Without competent and high-performing human resources (HR) a company will not be able to generate profits or add value on its own. One of the influential aspects in maximizing employee performance is the psychological aspect of employees, including intrinsic motivation, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of intrinsic motivation and employee job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior using structural equation modeling (SEM), so that companies can maximize employee performance through the three psychological aspects that have been mentioned. The source of the data used is primary data from the survey results directly to employees at PT X as many as 51 employees. This study found that the higher the intrinsic motivation of employees, the greater the influence given to employee satisfaction with their work with an effect of 72%. The higher the intrinsic motivation of employees, the greater the influence given to the OCB behavior of employees by 31%. The higher the satisfaction felt by employees towards their work, the greater the influence given to employee OCB behavior by 69%.
