Abstract

Setiap tahunnya kebutuhan akan energi dunia selalu meningkat. Minyak dan gas bumi merupakan salah satu sumber energi yang dapat diolah oleh manusia. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan energi tersebut maka proses produksi diharapkan dapat selalu berjalan lancer dan baik. Program inspeksi dan perawatan peralatan yang cukup ketat sangat diperlukan dalam industri ini. Hal ini karena minyak dan gas alam berpotensi tinggi terhadap bahaya ledakan dan kebakaran melihat karakternya yang bertekanan tinggi dan mudah terbakar. Untuk menjaga separator dapat beroperasi secara terus-menerus dengan baik maka perlu dilakukan analisis risiko Pada penelitian ini analisi risiko separator menggunakan metode Risk Based Inspection (RBI). Dengan Metode RBI dapat ditetukan kategori risiko dari separator. Setelah mendapatkan nilai risiko perencanaan inspeksi dapat disusun sesuai dengan hasil kategori risiko dari RBI. Hasil dari analisis didapatkan pada tiga bagian separator memiliki tingkat risiko medium high. Kemudian dari hasil perencanaan inspeksi, Inspeksi selanjutnya harus dilakukan sebelum tanggal 21 Juni 2023 yaitu 2.16 tahun dari waktu analisi risiko dilakukan.

Every year the world's energy needs are always increasing. Oil and natural gas are sources of energy that can be processed by humans. To meet these energy needs, the production process is expected to always run smoothly and well. A fairly strict equipment inspection and maintenance program is indispensable in this industry. This is because oil and natural gas have a high potential for explosion and fire hazards due to their high pressure and flammable character. To keep the separator operating continuously properly, it is necessary to carry out a risk analysis. In this study, the separator risk analysis used the method Risk Based Inspection (RBI). With the RBI method, the risk category of the separator can be determined. After obtaining the risk value, the inspection plan can be compiled according to the risk category results from the RBI. The result of the analysis is that three parts of the separator have a risk level medium high. Then from the results of the inspection plan, the next inspection must be carried out before June 21, 2023, which is 2.16 years from the time the risk analysis is carried out
