Abstract

Sejak awal Maret 2020 Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) telah menyebar dan menjadi pandemi di Kota Surabaya, yang membatasi kegiatan masyarkat. Masyarakat mengalami stress karena risiko COVID-19 dan dibatasinya ruang geraknya, untuk mengatasi kondisi stress masyarakat yang semakin parah, diperlukan fasilitas pariwisata. Salah satunya dengan pariwisata bertipe alam di tengah hiruk pikuk kota sebesar Kota Surabaya, Ekowisata Mangrove Wonorejo diharapkan bisa menjadi fasilitas pariwisata masyarakat kota surabaya dengan protokol kesehatan (protokol CHSE) yang ketat dan kontrolling jumlah wisatawan dalam setiap kegiatan pariwisatanya. Dalam Mewujudkanya diawali dengan menentukan faktor peningkat daya tarik wista dalam Mangrove Wonorejo di masa pandemi lalu mengidentifikasi karakteristik peningkat daya tarik wisata Mangrove Wonorejo di masa pandemi, dan terkahir merumuskan strategi peningkat daya tarik wisata ke Mangrove Wonorejo di masa pandemi.
Untuk menjalankan tujuan dan sasaran tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan 3 tahap analisis yaitu tahap pertama, menentukan faktor peningkat daya tarik wisata dalam Mangrove Wonorejo di masa pandemi dengan metode analisis delphi. Tahap kedua, yaitu mengidentifikasi karakteristik faktor peningkat daya tarik wisata Mangrove Wonorejo di masa pandemi dengan analisis deskriptif, dan tahap ketiga yaitu merumuskan strategi peningkat daya tarik wisata ke Mangrove Wonorejo di masa pandemi menggunakan analisis SWOT.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menghasilkan 9 indikator yang berpengaruh yaitu daya tarik wisata, sarana, prasarana, aksesibilitas, kelembagaan, partisipasi masyarakat, promosi, edukasi dan lingkungan dengan 23 variabel yang menerapkan protokol CHSE didalamnya membuat 63 strategi pengembangan daya tarik wisata Mangrove Wonorejo di masa pandemi COVID-19.

Since beginning of March 2020 Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) have been spread and made pandemic in Surabaya City, that restricted people activities. Peoples have been threatened because of COVID-19 risks and some restrictions of their activities. To overcome the worse conditions of peoples due to the stress, it is needed to activate tourism facility. One of them is nature tourism during the bustle of a city as big as the city of Surabaya, Ecotourism Mangrove Wonorejo is expected to be a tourism facility for the people of Surabaya with strict health protocols (CHSE protocol) and controlling the number of tourists participating in each tourism activity. It all started with identifying the factors that increase tourist attraction in the Wonorejo Mangrove during the pandemic, then identifying the characteristics of increasing tourist attraction in the Wonorejo Mangrove during the pandemic, and finally formulating a strategy to increase tourist attraction to the Wonorejo Mangrove during the pandemic.
For execute those goals and objective, this research was conducted with 3 analysis steps. First step was selecting factors of improving tourism attract in Mangrove Wonorejo in pandemic era with Delphi analysis method. Second, was identifying characteristics factors of improving tourism attract in Mangrove Wonorejo in pandemic era with descriptive analysis. The last step was formulating strategy for tourism attract to Mangrove Wonorejo in pandemic era with SWOT analysis.
Results of this research shows there are 9 indicators influences, that are tourism attract, tools, infrastructure, accessibility, institutional, people that participated, promotion, education, and environment with 23 variable that implemented CHSE protocol include. and produced of 63 development strategies of tourism attract in Mangrove Wonorejo in COVID-19 pandemic situations.
