Abstract

Wahana DJI Phantom 4 RTK adalah salah satu jenis wahana Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) yang khusus dirancang untuk pengguna industri untuk pemetaan presisi tinggi dan misi akuisisi data lainnya. Situasi di sekitar sungai beringin dengan pemukiman penduduk yang sangat padat menjadi alasan dalam penelitian ini untuk pengukuran GPS dengan menggunakan sistem RTK. Sistem RTK (Real-time kinematic) adalah suatu sistem penentuan posisi Real-time secara differential menggunakan data fase. Untuk memberikan data real-time, stasiun referensi harus mengirimkan data fase dan pseudorange kepada pengguna secara real-time menggunakan sistem komunikasi data.
Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pembuatan peta dengan menggunakan wahana DJI Phantom 4 RTK dimana data tersebut dijadikan sebagai peta ortofoto. Luas area pemetaan sebesar ±120 h dengan bentuk memanjang. Data foto udara diolah dengan metode Fotogrametri UAV dengan algoritma Structure from Motion (SfM) dengan 4 titik GCP yang tersebar pada sekitar Sungai Beringin Kota Semarang.
Dari hasil pengolahan telah didapatkan sebesar 3,42 cm/piksel Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang mengacu pada
Perka BIG No. 6 Tahun 2018, didapati bahwa peta ortofoto
memenuhi standar ketelitian dari dengan ketelitian horizontal kelas 1 dengan nilai RMSe ICP pada orthophoto dan lapangan sebesar 0.157 meter. Didapat nilai CE90 dengan hasil sebesar 0.234 m.

The DJI Phantom 4 RTK vehicle is a type of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) specifically designed for industrial users for high-precision mapping and other data acquisition missions. The situation around the banyan river with a very dense population is the reason in this study for GPS measurements using the RTK system. The RTK (Real-time kinematic) system is a differential Real-time positioning system using phase data. To provide real-time data, the reference station must transmit phase and pseudorange data to the user in real-time using a data communication system.
In this study, a map was made using the DJI Phantom 4 RTK vehicle where the data was used as an orthophoto map. The mapping area is ±120 hectares with an elongated shape. Aerial photo data processed by UAV Photogrammetry method with Structure from Motion (SfM) algorithm with 4 points GCP scattered around the Beringin River, Semarang City.
From the processing results have been obtained at 3.42 cm/pixel. Based on the test results that refer to Perka BIG No. 6 of 2018, it was found that the orthophoto map meet the standard of accuracy of horizontal accuracy class 1 with the RMSe ICP value on orthophoto and field of 0.157 meters. Obtained the CE90 value with a result of 0.234 m.
