Abstract

Pelindung riser merupakan sebuah konstruksi tambahan yang berguna untuk melindungi riser dari benturan kapal. Kerusakan pada riser akan mengakibatkan banyak kerugian, baik untuk platformnya sendiri maupun terhadap lingkungan. Sehingga keberadaan pelindung riser cukup penting dan harus dimaintenance secara berkala. Seperti yang dilakukan pada Wellhead Platform-B, pengerjaan maintenance pelindung riser dilakukan di lepas pantai. Analisis risiko untuk penggantian pelindung riser harus dilakukan untuk mengetahui langkah dan solusi yang tepat untuk mengurangi risiko terjadinya kecelakaan pada saat pengerjaanya. Analisis dilakukan dengan identifikasi awal menggunakan fishbone diagram, lalu dilanjutkan penilaian dengan matriks risiko. Setelah itu diperoleh 9 risiko tertinggi dan dianalisis menggunakan metode bowtie. Lalu sebagai Sebagai mitigasi tambahan dilakukan perhitungan keandalan untuk wire rope sling yang digunakan. Diperoleh hasil bahwa wire rope sling dengan kapasitas 14 MT memiliki peluang kegagalan sebesar 0.35%.

Riser guard is an additional construction that is useful for protecting the riser from ship collisions. Damage to the riser will cause a lot of harm, both to the platform itself and to the environment. So the presence of a riser protector is quite important and must be regularly maintained. As was the case with the Wellhead Platform-B, maintenance work on the riser shield is carried out offshore. A risk analysis for the replacement of the riser protector must be carried out to find out the right steps and solutions to reduce the risk of accidents occurring during the process. The analysis was carried out by initial identification using a fishbone diagram, then continued with a risk matrix assessment. After that, the 9 highest risks were obtained and analyzed using the bowtie method. Then as a mitigation, the reliability of the wire rope sling used was calculated. The results showed that the wire rope sling in this case the reliability of the sling is 98.93%.
