Abstract

Tipe anjungan lepas pantai untuk eksplorasi minyak dan gas yang tersebar di perairan lepas pantai Indonesia adalah tipe terpancang atau jacket. Dan sebagian besar jacket di perairan lepas pantai Indonesia beroperasi melebihi umur operasinya. Menurut Trindet Grup sebuah perusahaan penyedia jasa instalasi struktur lepas pantai dan reparasi struktur existing menyatakan bahwa lebih dari 70% hidrokarbon di dunia diproduksi dari ladang tua dan lebih dari 40% platform lepas pantai dunia melebihi umur operasi.Juga posisi Indonesia berada di daerah tapal kuda yang memiliki potensi gempa bumi yang besar.Bahwasannya gempa bumi berpotensi besar menyebabkan keruntuhan secara mendadak pada struktur karena karakter bebannya yang impulsive.Sehingga reparasi untuk meningkatkan kekuatan struktur jacket (existing platform) terhadap beban seismik perlu dipertimbangkan. Grouting adalah salah metode untuk perbaikan dan perkuatan struktur.Yaitu dengan mengisi material grout ke annulus (ruang diantara jacket leg dan pile). Pada umumnya struktur jacket dibangun dengan baja-baja yang tidak di grout (ungrouting). Maka penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh grouting terhadap keandalan struktur jacket ditinjau dari perilaku keruntuhanya terhadap beban gempa. Pendekatan dengan analisa pushover untuk merepresentasikan perilaku keruntuhan guna mendapatkan nilai Reserve Strength Ratio (RSR) dan System Redudancy (SR) diantara struktur grouting dan ungrouting.Dari hasil analisa didapatkan nilai RSR terkecil dari struktur grouting dan ungrouting pada PGA 0.6 pada arah pembebanan lateral arah Y berturut-turut 1,85 dan 1.67 dengan nilai SR berturut-turut 1.14 dan 1.12. Sehingga dapat diketahui nilai keandalan struktur grouting dan ungrouting untuk arah pembebanan Y masing-masing sebesar 0.923 dan 0.793.

The type of offshore platform for oil and gas exploration scattered in the waters off the coast of
Indonesia is the fixed type or jacket. And most of the jackets in the waters off the coast of
Indonesia operate beyond their operating life. According to Trindet Group, a company that
provides offshore structural installation services and repairs existing platform states that more
than 70% of the world's hydrocarbons are produced from old fields and more than 40% of the
world's offshore platforms exceed their operating life. has a large earthquake potential. In fact,
an earthquake has a large potential to cause sudden collapse of the structure due to thecharacter
of the load impulsive. So that repairs to increase the strength of the jacket structure (existing
platform) against seismic loads need to be considered. Grouting is one of the methods for
repairing and strengthening structures. That is by filling the grout material into the annulus (the
space between the jacket leg and the pile). In general, the jacket structure is built with steel that
is not grouted (ungrouting). So this study was conducted to determine the effect of grouting on
the reliability of thestructure in jacket terms of its collapse behavior against earthquake loads.
Pushover analysis approach to represent the failure behavior in order to get the value of the
Reserve Strength Ratio (RSR) and System Redundancy (SR) between grouting and
ungrouting.Dari structure analysis results obtained RSR value the smallest of the structures
grouting and ungrouting on the PGA0.6 in the direction of loading the lateral direction Y
respectively 1.85 and 1.67 with SR values 1.14 and 1.12 respectively. So that it can be seen that
the value of the reliability of thestructures grouting and ungrouting for the Y loading direction
is 0.923 and 0.793, respectively.
