Abstract

Perusahaan Minuman merupakan salah satu perusahan makanan dan minuman besar di Indonesia. Untuk bertahan dalam pasar global, maka Perusahaan Minuman berusaha untuk terus menjaga produktifitas, efisiensi, dan minimalisasi dampak lingkungan dengan penerapan lean dan green manufacturing. Namun paradigma Lean dan Green yang ada di Perusahaan Minuman, belum terintegrasi dan belum memiliki sistem peninjauan lebih lanjut untuk mengetahui tingkat dampak/ pengaruhnya terhadap performansi perusahaan. Sehingga menyebabkan beberapa permasalahan seperti kecenderungan untuk meningkatkan produksi tanpa mempertimbangkan pemborosan energi. Untuk itu, pengerjaan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan lean and green performance assessment model dengan metode Analytic Network Process (ANP). Dimulai dengan identifikasi proses produksi di Perusahaan Minuman, dilanjutkan dengan penentuan dimensi, determinan, dan enablers/ praktik lean and green, kemudian divalidasi dengan expert judgement dari representatif perusahaan, dilanjutkan ke tahap penyusunan supermatriks hingga menghasilkan Lean Green Index. Sensitivity Analysis dilakukan untuk mengetahui konsekuensi apabila terdapat perubahan suatu variabel. Hal ini dapat digunakan untuk memberikan rekomendasi yang tepat untuk continuous improvement di Perusahaan Minuman. Sekaligus memberikan manfaat dalam jangka panjang salah satunya adalah mempermudah Perusahaan Minuman dalam mendapatkan pencapaian/ target yang ingin diraih. Dari hasil yang didapatkan, praktik yang memiliki pengaruh cukup tinggi ke performansi perusahaan dan perlu diprioritaskan adalah SMED, Kanban, Jidoka/ Automation, dan CDP dengan bobot berturut-turut 0.222, 0.157, 0.152, dan 0.116.

Perusahaan Minuman is one of the major food and beverage company in Indonesia. To survive in the global market, Perusahaan Minuman strives to continue in maintaining company productivity and efficiency by implementing lean and green manufacturing. However, the Perusahaan Minuman’s Lean and Green paradigms are neither integrated and have a further inspection system to determine and evaluate their impact on company performance. So that, it causes several problems such as the tendency to increase production without considering energy waste. For this reason, this final project aims to develop a lean and green performance assessment model using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method. The compilation process begins with the identification of the production process at Perusahaan Minuman, followed by determining the dimensions, determinants, and enablers/ lean and green practices, then validated by expert judgment from company representatives, followed by the supermatrix formation to produce the Lean Green Index. Sensitivity Analysis is carried out for knowing the consequences of changing a variable. This can be used to provide appropriate recommendations for continuous improvement at Perusahaan Minuman. As well as providing long-term benefits, such as to make it easier for getting the achievements and targets. As the results obtained, practices that have a high enough influence on company performance are SMED, Kanban, Jidoka/ Automation, and CDP with weights of 0.222, 0.157, 0.152, and 0.116, respectively, and they need to be prioritized.
