Abstract

Danau Toba merupakan salah satu aset alam potensial yang dimiliki oleh bangsa Indonesia. Pada tahun 2020, Danau Toba dinobatkan sebagai UNESCO Global Geopark (UGG) yang
menjadikannya sangat penting dikembangkan untuk memajukan tingkat perekonomian dan pariwisata masyarakat Indonesia khususnya di Sumatera Utara. Perkembangan tersebut
didukung dengan adanya pengesahan Danau Toba sebagai salah satu Kawasan Strategis Pariwisata Nasional (KSPN) yang merupakan fokus pemerintah dalam pembangunan infrastruktur serta pengembangan pariwisata di Indonesia. Menurut kajian Kementrian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR), salah satu masalah dalam melakukan pembangunan infrastruktur di Danau Toba adalah akses darat yang rusak dan sulit dilalui ke tiap daerah pinggiran Danau Toba. Maka, dalam Tugas Akhir ini akan dibahas sebuah moda transportasi berupa Self-Propelled Crane Barge (SPCB) yang mengangkut bahan bangunan
serta membantu kegiatan konstruksi melalui akses danau. Kapal ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan konektivitas, efektivitas, serta efisiensi pembangunan infrastruktur di Danau Toba. Kapal ini beroperasi ke seluruh Key Tourism Area (KTA) yang menjadi pusat pembangunan sesuai program KSPN Danau Toba. Penyusunan Tugas Akhir ini dilakukan
melalui beberapa langkah meliputi pengumpulan data proyek pembangunan di Danau Toba melalui website Kementrian PUPR, menentukan payload kapal, menentukan daerah pelayaran,
menghitung ukuran utama awal SPCB, koefisien, hambatan, dan kebutuhan mesin kapal. Kemudian menentukan jenis crane yang akan dipakai, menghitung freeboard, trim serta
stabilitas kapal, dilanjutkan dengan pembuatan rencana garis dan rencana umum. Hasil dari desain SPCB ini adalah mendapatkan ukuran utama LOA : 68,7 m, LWL : 68,6 m, LPP : 66 m, B : 14 m, H: 4 m, T : 3 m. Kapasitas payload kapal adalah 1.425 ton dengan mengangkut 22
orang awak kapal serta telecopic boom crane. Kapal ini menggunakan dua mesin penggerak dengan masing-masing daya 169 kW. Besar biaya pembangunan kapal adalah sebesar Rp
13.678.439.005,- dan investasi terhadap kapal ini layak dilakukan dengan Net Present Value Rp 17.098.077.350,- Internal Rate of Return 35 %, dan Payback Periode dalam 3 tahun.

Lake Toba is one of the potential natural assets in Indonesia. In 2020, Lake Toba was awarded
as UNESCO Global Geopark (UGG) which makes it very important to developed to increase the level of economy and tourism of the Indonesian people, especially in North Sumatera. This
development is supported by the legalization of Lake Toba as one of the National Tourism Strategic Areas, or the so-called Kawasan Strategis Pariwisata Nasional (KSPN) which is the focus of the government in infrastructure and tourism development in Indonesia. According to a study by the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing, or the so-called Pekerjaan umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR), one of the problems in building infrastructure on Lake Toba
is land access which is damaged and difficult to pass to each suburb of Lake Toba. So, this final
project will discuss a mode of transportation that is Self-Propelled Crane Barge (SPCB) which transports building materials as well as helping construction activites through lake access. This ship is expected to be able to improve connectivity, effectiveness, and efficiency of
infrastructure development in Lake Toba. This ship operates throughout the Key Tourism Area (KTA) which is the center of development according to the Lake Toba KSPN program. The
preparation of this Final Project was carried out in several steps including collecting data on development projects in Lake Toba through the Ministry of PUPR's website, determining the payload of the ship, determining the shipping area, calculating the initial main size of the SPCB, coefficients, resistance, and ship engine requirements. Then determine the type of crane to be
used, calculating the freeboard, trim and stability of the ship, followed by making Lines Plan and General Arrangement. The results of this SPCB design obtained the main dimensions of LOA: 68.7 m, LWL: 68.6 m, LPP: 66 m, B: 14 m, H: 4 m, T: 3 m. The payload capacity of the ship is 1,425 tons and carries 22 crew members with telescopic boom crane. This ship uses two propulsion engines with each power of 169 kW. The cost of building ship is Rp 13.678.439.005
- and the investment in this vessel is feasible with a Net Present Value of Rp 17.098.077.350,- , Internal Rate of Return 35 %, and Payback Period in 3 years.
