Abstract

Perhitungan volume cut and fill merupakan salah satu permasalahan kompleks yang memiliki peran sangat penting dalam suatu proyek, sehingga harus dihitung secara teliti. Saat ini teknologi survei dan pemetaan semakin berkembang sehingga memudahkan dalam pekerjaan perhitungan volume cut and fill dengan hasil yang teliti, alat yang digunakan adalah Total Station (TS), dan GPS Geodetik. Namun GPS geodetik memiliki kekurangan yaitu masalah biaya yang tinggi, tetapi masalah tersebut dapat diatasi menggunakan GPS OEM K708 dan GPS Tersus yang memiliki biaya cukup rendah dan spesifikasi yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketelitian titik - titik elevasi dan perhitungan volume yang diperoleh dari pengukuran GPS Geodetik dan GPS Lowcost menggunakan metode RTK (Real Time Kinematic) NTRIP (Network Tranportation RTCM via Internet Protocol). Hasil perhitungan volume akan dibandingkan dengan hasil Total Station, dengan toleransi perhitungan ± 2.78% menurut ASTM (American Society For Testing and Material). Hasil perhitungan nilai standar deviasi selisih elevasi pengukuran Total Station – GPS Geodetik Comnav T300 sebesar 0,029 m, Total Station – GPS OEM k708 adalah 0,028 m, dan Total Station – GPS Tersus adalah 0,020 m, setelah dilakukan uji normalitas data dengan probable error 95% menghasilkan standar deviasi data Total Station – GPS Geodetik Comnav T300 menjadi 0,023 m, Total Station – GPS OEM k708 menjadi 0,026 m dan Total Station – GPS Tersus menjadi 0,016 m. Hasil perhitungan volume menggunakan AutoCAD Civil 3D diperoleh hasil total volume dengan GPS Geodetik Comnav T300 sebesar 4188,40 m3 ,GPS lowcost oemboard k708 sebesar 4215,27 m3, GPS Tersus sebesar 4222,51 m3 dan Total Station sebesar 4186,72 m3. Dan hasil perhitungan volume manual menggunakan excel diperoleh hasil total volume dengan GPS Geodetik Comnav T300 sebesar 4193,39 m3 ,GPS lowcost oemboard k708 sebesar 4210,48 m3, GPS Tersus sebesar 4224,99 m3 dan Total Station sebesar 4181,38 m3. Diperoleh hasil uji analisa T – Test Satu Sampel yang mana hipotesa Ho diterima pada tingkat kepercayaan 95 %, karena t_hitung (2,121) < t_tabel (4,303). Terdapat juga hasil ketelitian volume yang dilihat dari hasil selisih perhitungan volume secara manual dengan excel pada pengukuran volume TS – GPS Geodetik Comnav T300 sebesar -12,01 m3, TS – GPS Tersus sebesar -31.6 m3, dan TS – GPS OEM K708 sebesar -29.1 m3. Dimana selisih ketiga pengukuran tersebut tidak lebih dari ± 116.24 m3 (ketentuan ASTM ± 2.78%) dan tidak berbeda secara signifikan sehingga pengukuran volume menggunakan GPS Geodetik dan GPS Lowcost dapat dilakukan.

The calculation of the cut and fill volume is one of the complex problems that has a very important role in a project, so it must be calculated carefully. Currently, survey and mapping technology is growing, making it easier to calculate cut and fill volumes with accurate results, the tools used are Total Station (TS), and GPS Geodetic. However, geodetic GPS has a drawback, namely the problem of high cost, but this problem can be overcome using the OEM GPS K708 and GPS Tersus which have a fairly low cost and adequate specifications. This study aims to determine the accuracy of elevation points and volume calculations obtained from Geodetic GPS and Lowcost GPS measurements using the RTK (Real Time Kinematic) NTRIP (Network Transport RTCM) method via Internet Protocol. The results of the volume calculation will be compared with the results of calculations using the Total Station, with a calculation tolerance of ± 2.78% according to ASTM (American Society For Testing and Materials). The results of the calculation of the standard deviation of the difference in elevation measurements for Total Station – GPS Geodetic Comnav T300 is 0.029 m, Total Station – GPS OEM k708 is 0.028 m, and Total Station – GPS Tersus is 0.020 m, after testing the normality of the data with 95% probable errors resulted the standard deviation of data for Total Station – GPS Geodetic Comnav T300 to 0.023 m, Total Station – GPS OEM k708 to 0.026 m and for Total Station – GPS Tersus to 0.016 m. The results of the volume calculation using AutoCAD Civil 3D obtained the results of the volume total with GPS Geodetic Comnav T300 of 4188.40 m3, low-cost GPS oemboard k708 of 4215.27 m3, GPS Tersus of 4222.51 m3 and with a Total Station of 4186.72 m3. And from the results of manual volume calculations using excel, the total cut and fill volume with GPS Geodetic Comnav T300 is 4193.39 m3, low-cost GPS oemboard k708 is 4210.48 m3, GPS Tersus is 4224.99 m3 and with Total Station is 4181. ,38 m3. The results of the T analysis test - One Sample Test are obtained where the hypothesis Ho is accepted at a significance level of 5% or a confidence level of 95%, because t_count < t_table. There are also volume accuracy results seen from the results of the difference between manual volume calculations and excel on volume measurements for TS - GPS Geodetic Comnav T300 of -12.01 m3, TS - GPS Tersus of -31.6 m3, and TS - GPS OEM K708 of -29.1 m3. Where the difference between the three measurements is not more than ± 116.24 m3 (ASTM ± 2.78%) and does not differ significantly so that volume measurements using GPS Geodetic and GPS Lowcost can be carried out.
