Abstract

Aplikasi Sampingan adalah aplikasi freelance online yang didesain menghubungkan perusahaan yang membutuhkan tenaga lepas dengan masyarakat yang memerlukan pekerjaan yang tidak mengikat, seperti: memberikan ulasan, agen penjualan, dan survei. Aplikasi Sampingan dibandingkan dengan aplikasi sejenis perlu berkembang dilihat dari jumlah download untuk aplikasi freelance online. Customer Care aplikasi Sampingan mengakumulasi hambatan yang dialami oleh pengguna diantaranya tentang tampilan deskripsi proyek, registrasi akun, tampilan aplikasi secara keseluruhan, tahapan verifikasi akun, dan validasi proyek. Hal tersebut memengaruhi usabilitas aplikasi Sampingan dalam memandu pengguna dalam memberikan ulasan, agen penjualan, dan survei dengan mudah dan nyaman. Metode yang digunakan adalah Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) berfungsi memetakan proses yang diamati, kemudian diketahui proses yang diperbaiki usabilitasnya. Kemudian metode selanjutnya menggunakan kuesioner Post Study System Usability Questionnaire (PSSUQ) karena subskala yang ada sesuai dengan permasalahan aplikasi Sampingan. Pengujian dilakukan dengan pengerjaan tugas, pengisian kuesioner: Karakteristik responden, tugas mengisi menu registrasi dan "Ngumpulin Data", PSSUQ, dan wawancara. Hasil process flow pada aplikasi Sampingan ditemukan bahwa terjadi eror berupa looping pada proses pemilihan domisili dan PSSUQ mendapatkan rata-rata subskala System Usefullness sebesar 4,21, Information Quality sebesar 4,06, Interface Quality sebesar 4,26, dan Overall sebesar 4,18. Rekomendasi perbaikan dibuat berdasarkan subskala yaitu alur proses, System Usefullness, Information Quality, Interface Quality agar menjadi acuan pengembang aplikasi Sapingan sehingga dapat menghadirkan aplikasi yang mudah dan nyaman.

Sampingan application is an online freelance application designed to connect companies that need freelancers with people who need jobs, such as: providing reviews, sales agents, and surveys. Sampingan applications compared to similar applications need to grow in terms of the number of downloads for online freelance applications. Customer Care of the Sampingan application accumulates obstacles experienced by users including the display of project descriptions, account registration, overall application display, account verification stages, and project validation. This affects the usability of Sampingan application in guiding users in providing reviews, sales agents, and surveys easily and conveniently. The method used is Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) which functions to map the process to be observed, then it is known that the usability improvement process is known. Then the next method uses the Post Study System Usability Questionnaire (PSSUQ) questionnaire because the existing subscale is in accordance with the side application problems. The test was carried out by completing the task, filling out a questionnaire: Characteristics of respondents, the task of filling out the registration menu and "Ngumpulin Data", PSSUQ, and interviews. The results of the business process flow in Sampingan application through the Business Process Modeling Notation model were found that there was an error in the form of looping in the domicile selection process and PSSUQ got an average System Usefulness subscale of 4.21, Information Quality of 4.06, Interface Quality of 4.26, and Overall is 4.18. Recommendations for improvement are made based on each subscale, namely process flow, System Usefulness, Information Quality, Interface Quality. Recommendations are made to be a reference for Sampingan application developers so that they can present easy and comfortable applications.
